Looking for a couple to live at ... run and maintain my Oceanfront Motel.

Couple must be Financially secure, no addiction Issues,pass drug screening and background check.Looking for a hardworking team to do everything it takes to run a successful small business. Must be people oriented ,excell at customer service and be very handy.

This motel was built in 1955. There is a swimming pool to maintain, which means a certificate for commercial pool maintence will be required{a 1 day class held in Wilmington.Attention to detail is essential...clean rooms are top priority. This is a very small place and in a great location.We do long term rentals in winter from Sept-April. Small salary and free oceanfront apartment are provided. Please contact me with any questions.
