We are looking for a self storage resident management team couple for immediate hire to run a stabilized, four story, 980 unit self storage facility in the Meyerland / Bellaire area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary is 55k +Bonus and health insurance. 

This is a first class, state-of-the-art facility with 904 climate controlled and 76 non-climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to gate and to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,320 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a covered carport. All utilities paid.

Resident Couple Needed for Self Storage Facility - Carrollton, TX

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 330 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.

The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours.

Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.

Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.  Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.

The office hours are Monday thru Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-4:00 and the gate is open Monday through Saturday 7:00-7:00. The office is closed on Sunday.  Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.

The position requires house keeping, cooking, grounds care, fence mending, cutting the fields, cutting fire wood, house maintenance, managing third party contractors, tending to the chickens, loving Lulu and Ace the ranch dogs,  deer stands, turkey blinds and pond maintance,. Mobile Home Park Management Team - Santa Fe, NM

Looking for a motivated couple to manage a medium sized family park. This is a full time position for both applicants, although during the winter months one person may take on other part time work.

One person will be primarily responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, rent collection, leasing and sales, paperwork, & phones. Skills required for this position are: Proficient with Microsoft word, basic excel knowledge, basic bookkeeping skills, excellent people skills, sales skills, organized, and upbeat.  

The other position for ground maintenance, building maintenance, and refurbishing used homes would require the following skills: sprinkler repair, light plumbing & electrical, painting, mowing, project supervision, resident rules compliance, serving notices, good people skills, sales skills, organized & upbeat. This position requires the physical ability to refurbish homes, lift up to 50 lbs, and preform sprinkler repairs.

Minimum 2 years property management experience required as well as good references. Criminal background check required, English/Spanish language skills a plus but not mandatory.

Community is in a rural setting, but close to town, housing & utilities are provided as well as vacation benefits, salary commiserate with experience, plus commissions and bonus's.
