RV Park and Campground 7 miles North of Kettle Falls and straight North of Spokane, on Lake Roosevelt off HWY 395 in Washington state is seeking friendly, flexible, fun and dependable couple with own RV for 2017 summer season (April 15-Oct 15; give or take), to assist with all phases of campground operations, including light maintenance, light cabin and bathroom cleaning, mowing/weed-eating, checking campers in , plus some other projects as they come up, etc., So one must be flexible.  

We are a fairly small but busy park that consists of 25 RV sites, 5 cabins, Restrooms, Showers, Laundromat and small store (3 day work week)In exchange for work we provide RV space - full hookup, free laundry, free water, sodas, ice cream and firewood.(This is not a paid position, unless it is agreed by both parties to work over the 3 days) Days off offer: boating, fishing (some of the best fishing that Lake Roosevelt/Kettle River has to offer), swimming, horseback riding, hiking, ATVing and exploring. We are only 22 miles from the Canadian border. Lots of exploring in this beautiful country!

A responsible couple is wanted to help maintain a beautiful, fully renovated home built in 1880 on 23 acres. Our small farm includes an orchard, a garden, chicken-coop and outbuildings. In the spring of 2017 we plan on adding two dogs, some small pigs and perhaps a cow.  Two streams flow though the property and the neighbors are friendly and best of all, two relaxing commercial hot springs are only 5 miles away. We are seeking a couple who need a place to live, enjoy a rural setting and don't mind yard and small farm work. The home is fully furnished with six bedrooms, large kitchen, two large living rooms, three bathtrooms, office, Satellite TV and internet. etc. 

Our family lives three hours away in Salt Lake City but we enjoy visiting our farm one weekend a month and have a large family reunion for one week during the summer, but in between those times, there is no one from our family who can maintain the property and home. Your job would be to simply live there and care for the property.

Caretaker Couple wanted for rustic 1920's family resort in the beautiful and remote Trinity Alps Wilderness of Northern California. Resort consists of 50 rustic cabins lining the Stuart Fork River, a restaurant and general store, and ranch adjacent to the resort.

One person must have general contactors license and/or ADVANCED maintenance skills including plumbing, carpentry, mechanical & electrical experience. Second person must have good people skills to work in our restaurant or general store and good organizational skills to help run the summer housekeeping crew and help with reservations. Other duties may include landscaping and animal care (horses and dogs).

This job entails long days during the summer season, hard physical work and remote living. It is a magical place to work for the right couple.

Self-Storage Management Couple Needed - Live onsite - San Antonio, TX

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 367 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.

The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours. The salary package includes the use of an apartment with utilities included.

Major responsibilities will be:

Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.

Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.

Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.
Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
