Seeking reliable couple with references for live-in position which requires maintenance experience, competent at minor repairs, fencing, minor plumbing, carpentry etc.

I have taken over the estate of my parents due to disability. However, I work full time and travel often. I need to hire a couple who has a working knowledge of common house upkeep and repairs.

I will also require gardening and animal care.

There is also the possibility of part time help with Personal Assistant duties.

Perks include 5 bedroom house, private yard, ability to garden for yourself or take a portion from the garden you are caring for. Agreements and possible pay in addition to home provided, depending on skills and hours available.

Couple Needed for Maintenance & Office Help (must have own RV) - Ellison Bay, WI

Campground located in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin is looking for a couple who excels in customer service!  We are a privately owned campground that is very well maintained and is situated in a natural & beautiful setting.  Quaint towns, beaches, music venues, festivals, shopping, theaters, arts, Lake Michigan, fishing, & wineries are all close by.

 Positions include an outside maintenance/groundskeeping person to work closely with my husband and an inside office/store person to work closely with myself.  Couple must have own RV to stay in and be physical fit to perform duties.  If you are customer orientated, love meeting new people, and like the feel of a campground don't pass up this opportunity...you won't be sorry.  

Evening Manager/Host Couple - Hill City/Mount Rushmore, SD

Seeking very friendly clean cut couple to help run the resort in the evenings, and assist in the day to day activities. There would be set hours in the evening from approximately 4 to 10 PM.  This will require checking in guests, provide guests with any requests or questions, running computer software for reservation system, and finishing whatever tasks may have not been completed during the day. 

This would usually consist of remaining laundry.  Would prefer couple that is flexible on hours that could help with housekeeping during the day as well.  We have a very nice lodging, which has full bed, bath, kitchen, an living room.  The location is in the heart of the Black Hills near Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.  Need Help from May 1st to November 1st (approximately)

Property Manager(s) - Cheyenne , WY

We own and operate manufactured housing communites in Kansas and Wyoming.  We currently have one opening for a full time property Manager (or Manager Couple) in Cheyenne Wyoming. 

The property is comprised of mobile homes, RV's, four single family houses, one duplex and one commercial street from building.  The ideal candidate will be a full time working couple with office administration and field maintenance experience.  We offer full housing with utilities, paid; cell phones, fully equipped office, base salary and monthly bonus. 

Apply only if you have experience.  We require a minimun of two years property management or related experience, having dealt with tenants, contracts, leases, evictions , suppliers, vendors, repairs, maintenance and/or related work experience is preferred. 

This position is best suitable for a couple team.  Must have computer experience including Microsoft Office programs.  We will train but it helps to know Google Docs.  Must have a pleasant personality and be able to work very well with people, even upset people in ocassions - and be able to be firm to enforce community rules and regulations when/if needed.  Must be drug and felony free. 

F/T Permanent General Manager Couple - Creede, CO

We are seeking a full time, permanent couple to manage a guest ranch/resort. The position includes on-site living and utilities at no charge.

We are a rustic, multi-faceted resort with 26 cabin rentals, RV spaces, full service restaurant, large gift shop, guided horseback riding, Jeep rentals and raft rentals. Our ranch/resort is located along the Rio Grande River, which provides many recreational opportunities for both staff and guests and we are located near the Weminuche Wilderness area.

Management position will require managment of staff and services for all areas of operation including our "workcamping" program which utilizes approximately 15 couples who work two days per week in exchange for their RV site. . In addition to our workcampers, the resort employs approximately 20 people each season for efficient operations.

Management position will also require performance or facilitation of all property maintenance

Managing couple must be hard-working and dependable. Prefer couple who have experience in management of hospitality, food service and retail industries. Also prefer applicants with property managment and maintenance experience. The resort is "seasonal" operating from May 1st through November each year, however, the management position will be year-round.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Self starter, able to work on your own. Able to maintain job requirements without any health limitations. Work days required as days off might rotate.

JOB-DESCRIPTION: Housekeeping but being able to help with occasional resort related jobs a plus (ex; office, grounds, maintenance). Good customer service, fluent in english, US Citizen (we do not sponsor visas),reliable transportation.  Work not hard just steady.

Compensation: $10.00 per hour with 30 hours guaranteed per person (extra hours often available if wanted) and $600.00 housing allowance (We have an RV spot reserved in town for $530.00 per month, 8 miles) and if you work from May 1 thru August 31, 2017 there is a $500.00 bonus per person. (Equals $4200.00 per month/per couple)
