Camp Host Couple Needed - Yahk, BC

We have a seasonal position available for two Camp Host couples. These positions are volunteer positions and volunteers are given the use of a free fully-serviced lot for the term of the stay, which is from May 1st through to September 30th. Volunteers are also given the use of a gas powered golf cart. 

This position is located in beautiful southeastern British Columbia along the Moyie River. The resort is nestled in a river valley a few kilometers from the village of Yahk, 10 kilometers from the US border (Kingsgate) and 20 minutes from Creston, BC. Moyie Lake is a half hour away and Kootenay Lake 40 minutes away. The resort also borders crown land, which has abundant land available for quading and quad trails are accessible right from within our resort. The Creston Valley boasts three wineries as well as apple, cherry, peach and pear orchards. 

Guest Attendant/Maintenance - Gardiner, MT

Work and Play at Yellowstone National Park!

Part-time guest/ Breakfast attendant and part-time light maintenance couple needed.  This 77 room hotel is adjacent to YNP at the North entrance in the quaint town of Gardiner, MT.

Duties for guest/breakfast attendant is to set-up, stock, clean tables, empty trash, clean floors and of course most important interact with hotel guests during the breakfast hours OR  working at the front desk checking  guests in/out, answering phones, booking reservations, light cleaning of desk area, computer expierece required.

Maintenance person should have some knowledge of plumbing / toilet issues such a fixing a toilet handle or toilet tank flow,  replacing faucets, small repairs of lamps, furniture, moving small items in the hotel, some knowledge of heating systems.

Full RV hook-ups provided in exchange for 20/ hours per week.  Hours worked after 20 / hours per week is paid at $ 9.50 per hour.

Seasonal from May - October.

Small seasonal campground (45 sites) in the Battle Lake, Minnesota area looking for caretaker couple to maintain campground. Season is from May 1st thru Sept 30th. The campground is on a lake. We have been in business for 40 years.

Since 2000 we have had 3 different caretaker couples We are looking for a couple that can work as team to maintain our beautiful family owned campground. NO bathrooms to maintain. Some of the duties are; cut grass, maintain fish cleaning, flower gardens, roads, clean building from cobwebs, carpentry etc.. and other miscellaneous tasks.

Compensation; use of campsite. Depending on skills/tasks hourly rate would apply.

We are seeking workcampers for a variety of positions.  Most are seasonal, but there is a potential for an opportunity to be offered as full time, year round depending on experience and desire.

Office personnel should be familiar with Campground Master (or similar) Reservation Software, and pride themselves on customer service and attention to detail.

Maintenance positions involve basic repairs to infrastructure, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, grounds care, and project management.

Other positions include pool attendants/lodge attendants, housekeeping, wranglers(horse experience necessary), and floaters.

Ranch Caretakers - Kanab, UT

We are  currently seeking a qualified couple or family to serve as Ranch Caretaker(s)  on a full time basis. The ranch is nestled in the back country of picturesque Southern Utah, specifically about 35 miles northeast of Kanab, Utah. 

While the only electricity available is through solar power, the Ranch does have internet and cell phone service. 

A partial list of the Ranch Caretaker responsibilities are: maintenance/housekeeping of association owned rental cabins and Ranch roads, basic carpentry projects, home maintenance skills, operate and maintain Ranch equipment, be self-motivated and self-sufficient, and provide an outgoing and friendly atmosphere for association members that visit yearly.

Additional duties will be provided upon applicant’s request. Salary dependent upon experience.  Applicant must provide a current resume, at least three references and drug test. Position open until filled.
