We are seeking friendly, professional workcampers for outside maintenance, lawn care and housekeeping duties.  

The ability to get along well with others, a positive attitude and willingness to take direction from the Park Manager are necessary requirements.

 Individuals or couples who are experienced in RV Park upkeep are encouraged to apply immediately.

Duties include, but are not limited to, lawncare and pad site maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool and spa maintenance, equipment maintenance, housekeeping of showers, laundromat, and workout facilities. Knowledge of Camp Ground Master software is a plus. 

Weare offering a full hook-up concrete site (30 or 50 amp), including WI-FI, cable and electricity for 20 hours weekly.  Additional compensation for additional worked hours available.

Looking for a couple with an RV to manage a vacation rental through something like Air B&B during the months May thru September and split the profits. We have a three bedroom, two bath house in Truth or Consequences New Mexico that we leave to live in Colorado for the summer and would like to find a responsible couple to manage it as a vacation rental during those months.

TorC, as the locals prefer to call it, is a small resort town in Southern New Mexico located on the Rio Grande river that has two main attractions. One is a large lake, Elephant Butte, which draws boaters for water sports. The other is several hot springs spas. The house itself is located on a half acre lot with a dock on the Rio Grande in the back yard. There is a convenient space to park an RV in the yard which is also well fenced for a dog.

Cats would not be allowed as my daughter has an allergy to them. We would like to collaborate with persons who have experience with dealing with people, some accounting skills, handy man skills as the property is old and may need occasional plumbing repair, etc., and another plus would be an interest in maintaining a garden.
