Maintenance position includes, cleaning restrooms, landscaping (mowing and weed eating), pumping propane and escort to sites.
In exchange, you get FHU site (includes water, sewer, electric, wifi and cable TV. NO SALARY.

Apartment Maintenance Technician with Office Skills - Chula Vista, CA

Looking for an on-site resident manager (Couple preferred) that has maintenance skills and some office skills for a small 36 unit 3 story non-smoking SENIOR complex.
BOTH aspects of office and regular maintenance skills required.
Manager(s) are REQUIRED to live on the premises in a designated large fully upgraded one bedroom apartment featuring granite countertops, all applicances including diswasher and garbage disposal and ceiling fans.

Basic skills of BUILDING MAINTENANCE (plumbing, electrical & carpentry) repairs and upkeep.

Suties & Responsibilities:
Have good communication, problem solving & listening skills with exisiting & prospective senior/elderly tenants.
Be able to market, show, lease & maintain full occupancy.
Review rental applications & qualify prospective tenants.
Be familiar with 3-day notices & all necessary real estate forms (supplied).
Collect & record all rental payment promptly.
Tour the grounds daily to ensure all areas are clean & well maintained.
Ensure available aprtments are rent ready as soon as they become empty. (ie: cleaning, vacuuming and coordinating necessary vendors.)
Answer applicant phone calls & return tenant calls in a timely manner.
Prepare leases and schedule move-in & move-outs.
Enforce rules and regualtions and respond to any disturbances immediatley.
Be availabe to show apartments and tend to exisiting tenant issues.
Valid driver's license & safe driving record (Vehicle required. Truck preferred.) as well as good credit history & great references. (Credit & Criminal background check required, along with drug testing.)

Hospitality couple - interested to live and work a summer in Provence - Cote D'Azur

Seeking a mature couple to help us serve food at our 10 room/apartments luxury bed and breakfast property in Provence, 1hr 15 min from Nice and 35 min north of Hyeres in France. One of the person has to be an experienced cook, and overall be personable, be honest, live on premises, and embrace the beauty of a countryside lifestyle. You live where you work.
The opportunity is for as soon as possible until october the 1st. There is possibility to continue working after too.
Our guests stay in the property to enjoy the tranquillity, to engage in Yoga, Tennis, Boule or Chess, taste nice wines and food, naturally also to enjoy the rich nature of the region through ecological activities such as hiking, horse-riding, yoga activities or simply relaxing at the pool.
Responsibilities incude: Dinner and Lunch service, serving through out the dayly meals, Checking guests in/out; gardening; shopping for food; cleaning of the swimming pool, exploring the area together with the gusts (act as guides).
Through your daily work and interactions with the guests and the local community, you will have the opportunity to learn all the beautiful places of the region and subsequently over time guide clients to several sites. It is important that one of the members speaks French. Knowledge of maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance is an advantage. Please also submit a photo of both of you. Ideally non smokers. Driving licence for both members is a prerequisite.
Compensation for this position consist of a relatively modest wage per month, the free usage of an one bedroom apartment, open kitchen and a relief budget.

55+ Manufactured Home Community Management Team Wanted - Tumwater (Olympia), WA

Need: Managent team for a smaller, friendly 55+ manufacture home community. (a Commonwealth Community)
The on-site managers create an oasis for the homeowners who rent the land from the park owner. Managers are part of the community. By being cheerful and cooperative as they go about their business, they instill confidence in thier residents. People who live here know their investment is protected as the park is well cared for.
One person staffs the office from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. weekdays, collects and deposts rents and deals wih residents and resident issues.
The other person handles the park's maintenance issues, waters the grass, mows the lawn and keeps the premises looking good.
Socal events include:
a monthly Social Hour. During warm weathr, this is held in the picnic area. But duning cold weather, it is held in one of the resident's homes. Residents visit, park events and issues are discussed and sometme specal speakers highlight local evens.Refreshmnts are provided by the Park.
a July Bar-B-Que potluck on a Saturday. The park provides hot dogs, hambergers, etc. Residents bring a side dish and invite their family or special friends.
