What's the job like?
We are looking for a self-motivated, self disciplined Resident Management Team with an entrepreneurial spirit to help manage and maintain a storage facility. While steering the facility toward higher revenues, you will wear many hats during the day. (If you like to do a little bit of everything, you will love this job.)
 

You will have POS software responsibilities such as banking and daily account reconciliation, yield management and collections work. You will be responsible for sales and outside marketing of the facility. All materials will be provided. You will also be responsible for outside cleaning and truck rentals.

Compensation Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly wage, commissions, apartment, utilities, health insurance and life insurance.

Do you qualify? Here are the technical skills and education we're looking for:

We'll need to see at least 2 years of employment with one employer.
You must have excellent verbal and communication skills. Bilingual is a MUST.
We'd like to see above-average computer skills, including the use of your typical office apps (email, MS Word, web browsers) and the ability to type at least 30 wpm.
Letters of recommendation for previous work/projects could give you an edge.

Our Campground in Steep Falls has openings for cooks. Couples can work as a Team or seperate. Each person is paid for all hours worked. The rate of pay is 9.50 per hour plus a deeply discounted full hookup site. This gig starts May  20th and goes through September 10, 2017. There is a .50 per hour bonus for all hours worked by each if you stay through September 10, 2017.

We are a very busy Campground , especialy July and August. You would be working 25-30 hours each in May, June , and September. July and August is 40 per week. Your campsite is located in our workamping section. You must have a self-contained unit. No vans or popups. The cost of the site is 500.00 for the entire season. These site s have 50 amp , water , sewer and wifi. You pay for electric. Dish is available . you pay 100.00 deposit  for receiver and the service is 10.00 per month.

We are paid every other week by direct deposit or local check. 100.00 per pay period is taken out until the site is paid for. We are open until October  15th and you are welcome to stay and explore Maine. some hours are available but not required after September 10th.
 We  also get a 20% discount in store , restaurant and propane.

Our children's home in Piedmont North Carolina, has openings for mission-minded married couples or indivuals, without dependent children, for its live-in Youth Support Professional (direct care) positions. Applicants must be over 21 with a high school diploma/GED or higher degree. In our program of care for children and youth who are placed in our care as victims of abuse and neglect, we use a professional, team-oriented, trauma-informed approach to provide a safe, healing, stable, homelike environment for our youth. The Children's Homes seeks couples or individuals with willingness and enthusiasm for working with children aged 0 - 21. Our direct care staff (Youth Support Professionals) work a live in 7 days on and then 7 days off schedule. Salary is commensurate with direct care experience and education.
