Live and work at, Indiana’s largest lake.  We are looking for a Beach Manager Host Couple & Relief Bathroom and Beach Host Couple, positions include FHU, on site laundry, internet/phone access and a competitive salary. 

We are also looking for Host Couples, not to exceed 20 hours pp. Duties include fee collection in gatehouse and site cleaning. Compensation in exchange for work is FHU, on site laundry, internet/phone access. 

Motel, RV Park, and Bar Seeking RV Campground Host / Bartender - Baker , NV

We are seeking a RV Campground Host / Bartender.  We are located in Baker, Nevada. Just 5 miles outside of Great Basin National Park. Looking for someone to work the full season, April 1, 2017 -October 31, 2017, hosting an RV Park, campground, 6 room motel, and afternoon/evening bar.

Schedule is flexible, working side by side with the managers.

Campground duties include greeting and checking in visitors, yard work/property maintenance, bathroom cleaning, etc.

Bar opens 4pm daily and closes depending on crowd. Must be able and willing to push a lawn mower, clean bathrooms, Adopt A high way and clean bar at end of shift.

Must be personable. No prior bar tending skills needed as these will and can be taught.

This is not primarily a bar tending job but must be willing to put in late hours on busy nights. Must be capable of working independently within your scheduled shift. Job comes with free hook-ups (7 days a week) to your RV, wifi, salary, and tips from bar.

Nearest main grocery store is 1 hours drive so secondary vehicle is needed.

We are looking for front of the house and back of the house to help operate our restaurant. Job duties would include kitchen help, cooking, hostess, serving and heling out with catering events.

A new start up...Christian residential program with on campus school seeking a married house parent couple to live in with the teens. Must be responsible, caring, patient and a role model to teens struggling with life issues.

We would like a couple that are active, have healthy lifestyle, Holistic, know about healthy cooking and organic foods and possibly gardening.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (for the Most part). Must be Ministry minded, prayerful, have servant-leader attitude, active, comfortable reaching out to teens And the community.

 Duties include equipment, water system and building maintenance, mowing, firewood, snow removal, rental cabin preparation and cleaning. Greet, orient and support renters through rental season; provide security during off season. Strong communication skills required for interaction with renters, corporation members, contractors and local community. Self-starting and organizational skills required for project management. The property is isolated, with exquisite scenery and abundant wildlife.

DUTIES

• Act as on-site host for renters: greet and orient renters, check them in and out, and resolve any renter questions or problems.
• Cabin preparation, cleaning and turnaround.
• Mowing /Clearing/Edging according to plan.
• Equipment maintenance (mechanical, motorized, solar, water system).
• Snow removal from cabin roofs and Caretaker parking spot
• Work with members to start up and close down water systems in spring and fall and during an occasional work weekend for members and friends
• Maintain communication with members, contractors, and affiliated organizations by regular phone and email contact, via text and in person as appropriate.
• Community liaison - the Caretaker is FEF’s on-site representative to the local community, responsible for greeting hikers, fishers, hunters or other visitors, and making clear our rules regarding use of the property.
• Keeping a careful eye on the property, on buildings and their security, and on roads, water systems and ponds. Routine building checks during winter.
• Replenish firewood supply at the Barn to a similar level to that found upon arrival (about 5-6 cords).
• Cut, split and deliver firewood to FEF cabins and the Farmhouse from logs on the property.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong skills in maintenance and repair work, carpentry, plumbing, mechanics.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with equipment used for logging and firewood cutting and with the use of tractor and snowplow.
• Comfort with non-traditional water systems and with life in a rugged, isolated natural setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Residence at FEF.
• Understanding of and adherence to FEF's policy concerning alcohol and tobacco.
• U.S. citizen or legal status.
• A reliable vehicle with snow tires for navigating the road into FEF.
• Cross country skis or snowshoes to get to and from cabins in deep snow.
• A cell phone.

Forestry skills are desirable though not required.
