Looking for an on-site manager or management team for our very nice, well kept, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in Jerome, Idaho.  The community has 96 spaces and several park-owned homes.   Salary and housing provided.  

Duties include:

Rent Collection, rule enforcement, computer and smart phone skills, maintaining resident files, serving legal notices and other miscellaneous office skills.  Also, renting and screening applicants for the rental homes with assistance from the owners.

Maintenance:  cleaning, common areas, meter reading, etc.  Would prefer omeone with handyman capabilities.

Applicants must have previous management experience and be willing to work closely with the park owners.  

GENERAL MANAGER COUPLE FOR 10/10/10 RV RESORT - Yuma, AZ

10-10-10 RV resort in Yuma, AZ is searching for a management  couple to assume management duties ASAP. Previous RV resort management experience and experience with Campground Manager is preferred.

You’ll be spending 6 days a week checking in and checking out guests, performing reception shifts and guest rounds, as well as light administrative duties. You are the first person to contact for questions and are ready to solve any complaints adequately and efficiently. It’s a six-day workweek and you’ll be living on the campsite.
