Innkeepers Wanted –  to manage a totally romantic 14 room Inn, located in Cripple Creek, Colorado, Elevation 9500 Feet0.  The Inn Keepers Quarters is delightful. The Inn has full housekeeping help.

You would be responsible for reservations, e-mails, phones, guest services, breakfast, marketing, checking in and checking out guests, setting up continental breakfast weekdays and full served breakfast on the weekends.

Supervising cleaning staff, maintaining the building/facility in good conditions, guest hospitality, processing payment transactions, running daily, monthly reports, verifying commissions, managing petty cash, doing minor maintenance and any other duties deemed critical to efficiently managing the Inn.

One to two days off either every week or every other week depending on relief help. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.   

Maintenance, Reception, Housekeeping - Vidalia, LA

We welcome all Workampers! Our open positions usually include Reservations/Clerical which will be answering multi phone system, making reservations, posting payments and processing end of day paperwork.  Maintenance handles minor electrical (e.g. changing of breakers, trouble shooting, etc.), some plumbing, lawn care, and minor carpentry where needed. Other duties will include pool and hot tub maintenance, care of sites, and other maintenance detail. Housekeeping will be responsible in the care of the main buildings cleaning, such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, etc. You will also help maintain on site restrooms, cottages and rental trailers.

The great thing is that in exchange of your 20 hours per week you will receive a full hookup site, free use of laundry facilities, free internet with a great view and access to the  Riverfront. RV Park Manager - Eagle Lake, CA

We are seeking an experienced Management Team or Couple to help re-open an existing RV Park.  We are located at the North part of Eagle Lake, California just 30 miles outside of Susanville.     

Team must consist of 2 persons who will live onsite in owners mobile home 3bed/2 bath or bring your own RV.   One member of the team must work inside and one must work outside.   Position is available immediately.   This a new park and  start up so prior RV park experience is essential.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate and possess the following skills:

INSIDE PERSON

·       Responsible for all office operation

·       Computer proficiency working with online reservations system

RV host couple to work at beautiful Maine recreational area - Limington, ME

We are looking for a qualified RV couple with good people skills to operate the town-owned public beach.  Our Recreational Area is a picnic area on a beautiful fresh water lake in Southern Maine that features a nice beach, hiking trails, watercraft rentals, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, and a small playground. 

The area operates from 9am to sunset daily and includes a campsite with water, electricity, and septic as part of the compensation.  This is NOT a campground, the listing options did not include an option that made sense for this listing.  A single RV campsite is provided for your exclusive use during your stay.

You will work 5 days per week performing various duties that include handling admission fees, park maintenance, maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere, and supervising part-time employees.  Your recreational vehicle (camper) must be in good condition, preferably less than 10 years old, and compatible with the electrical connection at the site (120V 30A).  The site includes a 14 x 14’ deck and picnic table for your use.

Compensation is $3500 for the summer with a $1000 end of summer bonus and is paid in three payments.
