Hawaii location A unique opportunity has arisen to maintain a holiday home in Hawaii. This role would suit a live-in couple, comfortable accommodation forms part of your package. You will be maintaining the established garden and grounds of a private residence in Hawaii.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Ongoing cleaning and basic maintenance of an expansive residential property • Weeding and maintaining a clean work site including sheds and some equipment • General cleaning and upkeep of the grounds • Housekeeping duties including laundry and housework, removal of rubbish

Campground or RV Park Maintenance - Midland, TX

Host Position - Alamogordo, NM
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Looking for a couple to work on Friday and Saturday in exchange for a free site, electric, laundry and WIFI. The hours are from 0900am-6:00pm. Need both to be motivated, good with public, self-driven, knowledgeable, willing to identify and fix issues within budget.
Outside responsibilities
Maintain outside aspects of the park by pulling weeds, painting/staining ,checking sewer caps, hydrant functionality, lubrication, fence repair, gates, valves, fittings, lighting, equipment maintenance, cabin repair, and general upkeep. Need general knowledge and capability of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical in order to keep park in operating order.
Customer service with a positive response on issues and develop solutions to problems. Works well with others, takes input as an opportunity, can work from written instruction, project oriented, follow standard operating procedures, has a good driving record, and willing to pump and haul sewer out of a pickup truck and tank. NO CDL required. Follow maintenance schedules and willing to perform routine cleaning, raking, yard maintenance, landscaping, and capable of making advanced improvements.
Inside responsibilities
Need to be good with the public and confident of making decisions, motivated in making improvements. Willing to clean bathrooms, office, laundry area and gift shop daily. Good with computers, programs, word processing, filing, organization of data, phone reservations, and multi-tasking. Need to have good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, handling of difficult situations while following protocols, rules and regulations. Helps with cabin documentation, check-in, check-out procedures, and doing back-ground checks. Involved in the transition process of guest in and out of cabins, such as inventory sheets, paperwork, linens, deposits, and closing. Can recognize improvements and carry out implementation. Easy to work with, good organizer, planner, detailed at opening and closing.
