RV Park Manager - Eagle Lake, CA

We are seeking an experienced Management Team or Couple to help re-open an existing RV Park.  We are located at the North part of Eagle Lake, California just 30 miles outside of Susanville.     

Team must consist of 2 persons who will live onsite in owners mobile home 3bed/2 bath or bring your own RV.   One member of the team must work inside and one must work outside.   Position is available immediately.   This a new park and  start up so prior RV park experience is essential.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate and possess the following skills:

INSIDE PERSON

·       Responsible for all office operation

·       Booking skills essential

·       Computer proficiency working with online reservations system

·       Check-ins and check out

·       Great people skills

·       Routine reports to owners

·       Knowledge of RV park laws

·       Run Park social events and create a sense of family for the residents

OUTSIDE PERSON

·       Responsible for all park maintenance, landscaping,

·       Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electric, sewer and vendor relations.  

·       Work with new check in’s locating there spot and any questions or help they may have

·       Keep park clean and tidy at all times

·       Keep laundry room clean and supplied at all times

·       Keep Rec Room tidy and clean at all times

POSITION DETAILS

·       (May to October) Park open to the public

·       (Oct to April) Maintain Park until re-open for summer

·       Housing provided - 3 bedroom/2bath mobile home

·       MUST live onsite

·       Must have a valid drivers license and Car

RV host couple to work at beautiful Maine recreational area - Limington, ME

We are looking for a qualified RV couple with good people skills to operate the town-owned public beach.  Our Recreational Area is a picnic area on a beautiful fresh water lake in Southern Maine that features a nice beach, hiking trails, watercraft rentals, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, and a small playground. 

The area operates from 9am to sunset daily and includes a campsite with water, electricity, and septic as part of the compensation.  This is NOT a campground, the listing options did not include an option that made sense for this listing.  A single RV campsite is provided for your exclusive use during your stay.

You will work 5 days per week performing various duties that include handling admission fees, park maintenance, maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere, and supervising part-time employees.  Your recreational vehicle (camper) must be in good condition, preferably less than 10 years old, and compatible with the electrical connection at the site (120V 30A).  The site includes a 14 x 14’ deck and picnic table for your use.

Compensation is $3500 for the summer with a $1000 end of summer bonus and is paid in three payments.

On-site resident management team - Jerome, ID

Looking for an on-site manager or management team for our very nice, well kept, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in Jerome, Idaho.  The community has 96 spaces and several park-owned homes.   Salary and housing provided.  

Duties include:

Rent Collection, rule enforcement, computer and smart phone skills, maintaining resident files, serving legal notices and other miscellaneous office skills.  Also, renting and screening applicants for the rental homes with assistance from the owners.

Maintenance:  cleaning, common areas, meter reading, etc.  Would prefer omeone with handyman capabilities.

Applicants must have previous management experience and be willing to work closely with the park owners.  

GENERAL MANAGER COUPLE FOR 10/10/10 RV RESORT - Yuma, AZ

10-10-10 RV resort in Yuma, AZ is searching for a management  couple to assume management duties ASAP. Previous RV resort management experience and experience with Campground Manager is preferred. 

Job duties encompass management of the resources and assets of the property, along with directing the resort staff.

A guest-first and team orientated mentality is required.

Management couple will be responsible for monitoring financial performance and experience working with financial goals is preferred.
