We are a seasonal business and is open from April through October, weather permitting. This facility is located approximately 26 miles from Mountain Home, ID which is also the closest city for food, fuel and amenities. Mountain Home Air Force Base is also nearby. We are NOT a busy park during the week and we like it that way. Weekends can be busy; however, the week days are light giving us time to prepare, repair, and clean up for the next weekend.
We are looking for a motivated team couple to assist us in the following tasks
Duties:

· Pool and Pool Bathroom Cleaning
· Watering and Sprinkler Maintenance

· Ability to climb ladders, bend down and light lifting
The routine duties listed above are normally performed during the week.
As far as amenities and pay, we offer all utility services and stay costs free as well as breakfast on the weekends. Additional allowances and pay can be negotiated immediately for interested parties.
Campground Park Attendants/Work Campers - Allons, TN

We are seeking park attendants for for the 2018 recreation season. Our campground is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and offers 88 campsites which include tent sites and level RV sites with water and electric hookup.
The position is a seasonal one for a camping couple. Attendants are paid based on contract bid and also receive a premium campsite with full hookups. All training is provided. The work week will be Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off to enjoy the beauty of the region.

We are a small guest ranch located on 97 acres bordering Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Arizona, and looking for a couple for winter help.
We are not a dude ranch. We have 7 individual Luxury casitas for guests to rent for vacations, family reunions, etc.
We are currently looking for Fall/Winter help. The position begins Oct. 2017 and runs until the end of April 2018. We prefer a 2 person team.
We are looking for couples who are fit and capable of routine property, swimming pool, and vehicle maintenance, lawn and grounds care and housekeeping.
\Additional work available depending on skills and ability. Must have at least 2 seasons of camp working experience and must provide current references from those positions.
You will be asked to fill out a basic application before consideration. In exchange for 20hrs/wk per person , we are offering a full hook up site with 100% electric paid consisting of a 40’x14’concrete pad, designated septic with leach field, water, single load center with a 50 amp and a 30 amp outlet.
Any hours worked beyond the 20/week will be compensated. Wi-Fi and cable are available on in Luella Boomer Hall. The site is in a park like atmosphere with a picnic table and lots of firewood. Pets welcome, however, we do have 2 dogs that roams on the property.
We also have 2 horses, lots of cats (the cats are used to dogs and not afraid of them) and chickens (so fresh eggs are usually available). All of our animals are very friendly, and we treat them like our pets.

Property Management is a full-time position and Property Maintenance is a part-time position (as-needed basis). Travel to communities required on a weekly basis.

Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Collect and deposit rents and other fees.
- Handle delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and process tenant applications and tenant screening reports.
- Prepare and process rental agreements and other required documents after approval.
- Promote and rent vacant homes. Prepare vacant homes for releasing. Show vacant homes to potential tenants.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Clean homes after tenants move-out.
- Enforce terms of Rental Agreement and all community rules and regulations in accordance with company policy to ensure tenant compliance.
- Ensure compliance with home standards, government codes and requirements.
- Issue non-compliance notices and initiate and attend eviction proceedings as necessary.
- Process invoices, prepare monthly reports, maintain proper safe storage of resident files and records.
- Schedule vendors for work orders
- Prepare general property correspondence
- Maintain and update property inventory list with model and serial numbers of equipment. All tools and facility property must be listed.
- Maintain and update property vendor/supplier lists with phone numbers and contact person(s).
- Purchase supplies and services as needed. Will require manager's approval.
- Oversee Capital Improvement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Maintenace Responsibilities:
- Maintain all common areas, grounds, vacant and abandoned yards/homes, landscaping, trees, shrubs, hedges, etc. but not limited to mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, and keeping grounds clean and free of debris.
- Maintain clean street surfaces, paint speed bumps, and re-stripe common parking areas as needed.
- Maintain and keep free of debris all drains, streets, parking areas, road frontage.
- Maintain all facility equipment in proper working order.
- Paint and repair all facility property as needed. Power-wash Park owned homes as needed.
- Conduct quarterly home inspections.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Clean homes after tenants move-out.
- Input work orders and notes into Management Software.
- Enforce terms of Rental Agreement and all Facility rules and regulations in accordance with company/facility policy to ensure tenant compliance.
- Ensure compliance with home standards, government codes and requirements.
- Schedule vendors/contractors for repairs and services.
- Regularly clean sewer pumps where applicable.
- Maintain and update facility inventory list with model and serial numbers of equipment. All tools and facility property must be listed.
- Adhere to budgets set by Management.

- Purchase supplies and services as needed. Will require manager's approval.
- Oversee Capital Improvement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be a backup for the Leasing Administrator.
