A beautiful RV and mobile home park within 900’ of the beach - and adjacent to golf course - on the Central Coast of California has an immediate opening for an experienced couple who will provide outstanding, on-site customer service and maintenance of the daily operations of a multi-resident mobile home park and RV Park in Pismo Beach, California! The hired candidates will work under the direction of the On-Site Property Managers, and District Supervisor.
This is a five day per week, permanent position. We are not interested in short term candidates.
The selected individuals will have three (3) years of experience in the appropriate position - with at least one (1) year of on-site experience in the Property Management, RV Park, or Mobile Home Park industry. Knowledge of Mobile Home Residency Law, and Landlord/Tenant Law preferred.
Office Position:
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), PDF software, and ideally reservation software.
· Customer Service (All ages, but experience dealing with seniors is a plus)
· Excellent telephone skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Basic bookkeeping
· Responding to customer emails
· Performs general administrative duties such as collecting and logging rents, filing, typing, mailing, and ordering supplies;
· Tracking deadlines and meeting them without fail
· Understanding of legal issues relating to residents, and tenants and willingness to learn same.
Maintenance Position:
· Communicate and enforce all community rules and regulations;
· Investigate resident complaints and issues and partner with management to determine the correct course of action;
· Receive service requests from residents, and route to the maintenance list in coordination with property manager;
· Has regular and professional contact with residents, and vendors;
· Performs daily park maintenance such as landscaping, street cleaning, bathrooms, laundry room, office and other common areas;
· Painting of park owned facilities when needed;
· Assists with basic plumbing and electrical maintenance;
· Assists with construction / renovations on park owned rental properties;
· Ensures security of property by conducting regular park checks.
While the typical schedule for these positions is five days per week (flexible days) from 9am to 5pm (one-hour lunch between 12-1pm) ~35 hours per week, overtime may be required as necessary on holidays and during evenings and/or weekends, according to the needs of the business.
Compensation for this hourly non-exempt position is dependent upon experience, and includes hourly wage for all hours worked ($11-12 per hour to start), plus a full hook-up RV site and utilities (water, sewer, electric, and WiFi). We also offer paid time off in the form of sick time, paid holidays, vacation time, and a generous PENSION PLAN (after waiting period). Total package valued at ~$60,000 per year, plus pension if you stay long-term.

Experience is needed in Reservations systems and plant, building, of fthe grid utilities systems at least 1 strong Spanish speaker and keen interest in managing over time able all aspects of the operation after a hands on training period.
Position information
You will receive a negotiated salary in the range of beginning at $1000 a month and accommodations with an initial 6 month management agreement in place. Lodging and vehicle for company business are provided. After the initial training season (6 mos.) the compensation plan will include % of net profit incentives. Only qualified Couples with long term goals, strong work ethic and desire for significant financial gains need apply. You will reside in Juan Arena, an employee area of living quarters with bath, kitchen and adjacent work shop and three other separate living quarters. You will have private living quarters. These include 2 RV trailers, a second floor flat and in Juan Arena a large building which includes shop, storage, bath room and kitchen. You will have access to a car for business use.
Paid live in domestic help and volunteers, that barter room and board for 30 hours week labor, mostly from HelpX.net are currently a part of our model.
Responsibilities:
1.Marketing/reservations office management, Word Press based website, calenders, computer, communication and interface with Ad words, Expedia, Trip Advisor, Airbnb, VRBO, Airbnb, VRBO.
2. Fluent Spanish speaker ; at least one person

The Hotel Business
We are alone on a beautiful white sand beach with all natural surroundings. Our guests are comfortable in the outdoors and appreciate the secluded location indoor/outdoor living, in the Park. We are 20 km from the nearest supply hub which is the village of La Ribera. 1 1/4hour 1/4 from the SJD international airport. The village of Cabo Pulmo (maybe 200 full time residents) with 6 restaurants and 4 dive shops and other activities vendors is three miles away.
Improvements include a Classic Palapa Grande -4 bd , 2 ba, Two Casitas ( and a 3rd under construction), with bathrooms and kitchens and four Cabanas with a two bath bath house. Casitas are stationary popup RV's/caravans with sombras and patios.

· Achieve financial performance targets for both revenue and expenditure on a weekly, monthly and annual basis;
· Including management of daily operations and procedures to maximise revenue and ensuring cost control measures and processes are in place to meet targets.
· Ensure that established policies are adhered to and that all employees, departments and outlets are neat, clean and functional at all times;

Our RV Resort needs Activity Directors ASAP. Due to medical issues our couple had to decline the job at the last minute. The directors will plan for the 2018-19 season.
They will also need to be able to take care of a check book, handle quickbooks and make financial reports for the board. It comes with volunteers that are great assistants. Compensation is full hook up including electric and a $1000.00 stipend.
