Resident Motel Manager - south lake tahoe, CA

Mid-Size Franchise motel / hotel located in heart of South Lake Tahoe, CA is looking for "Live-In / Resident motel Manager Couple".
Accommodation is provided for right candidates. Excellent location to live and work,  Right next to resorts, lake and city center.
Position Offers very good earning and saving potential.

Requirement:
Experience in hospitality or similar industry required
Experience with franchise hotel is preferred.
Must have Good computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Friendly phone manner a must
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holiday
Must have worked on hotel Property Management Software (PMS) system or have an aptitude to learn the computer software quickly.
Experience in customer service is required for manger role.
Ability to diagnose and repair minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing, heating issues is highly desirable skill.
