Property Managers for Mobile Home Park - Stewartville, MN

We are looking for a property management team to maintain our mobile home park in Stewartville MN. The 2 main facets of the job will be administrative and maintenance.
Main Duties:
Administrative
- Weekly catch up call with owners.
- Answer phone calls and emails and summarize issues for weekly call.
- Post notices to tenants.
- Call and liase with town officials
Maintenance
- Handle minor touch ups around the park
- Call and guide vendors to fix any major problems (plumbing/water leaks/etc)
Compensation:
Combined $400-$600 per month depending on candidates qualifications.
Working Couple for Off-Grid Lodge - HALFWAY, OR

Come live in the “Wilder Side of Oregon”! We are a small, but growing, lodge and pack station in NE Oregon and are looking for a hard-working, adventurous and fun couple to assist with the myriad of tasks essential to operating a year-round, full-service lodge and pack station. We are accessible by vehicle in summer, but must be willing to snowmobile in/out in winter. This is a full-time, permanent position and we are looking for a long-term commitment. We work a lot, but also enjoy ample opportunity to “get out” into the adjacent wilderness and USFS lands to pursue all the activities those areas provide.
Position #1: Maintenance (some horse experience optional) –
Qualifications: Ideal Candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the physical ability to work outside all day at physical tasks, regardless of weather. They will have at least a basic knowledge of a variety of maintenance / construction techniques (see list below), but we will train for specific duties / knowledge related to our off-grid operation. A working knowledge of the following is preferred: Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, vehicle maintenance and appliances. Also, candidate must be willing and able to assist with the daily upkeep, cleaning and care of the lodge such as snow removal, landscaping, hauling garbage, cutting firewood, trail clearing / maintenance, painting, etc.
Optional skills that would be a bonus: Experience with back country activities such as camping, hiking, hunting and fishing; mountain biking; back country skiing; Western trail riding; Horse packing; Food service / preparation; knowledge or experience w/ renewable energy systems.
Position #2: Cooking/Housekeeping/Office:
Ideal Candidate will be an upbeat “People person” with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work all day and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, etc. They must have solid experience and knowledge in meal preparation and food handling (commercial or large group experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train); basic knowledge of computers, customer service and housekeeping / cleaning.
Responsibilities / Duties: Prepare quality, upscale meals for guests; Welcome any visitors or guests that may come to lodge; Answer phones & take reservations when managers are unavailable; Assist in keeping lodge and kitchen clean; Clean cabins as needed; Serve meals and run POS system. Other tasks as needed to promote the smooth operation and friendly atmosphere of the lodge.
Senior Mentor Couple - Lyndonville, VT

We are a Christ-centered residential program for at-risk teenagers. We are currently seeking a married couple for the role of Senior Mentors to our staff and students.
Senior Mentors will be responsible for effective Biblical counseling and mentoring within The Fold's programs, provide encouragement and training, and advocate growth and learning for each student and residential staff according to Biblical doctrine, mission statement, and core values.
Responsibilities include: meet regularly with school and residential staff giving them direction, advice and mentoring strategies on behalf of the students under their care, develop ongoing discipling for each student, mentor through individual sessions with staff and students using the truths and teaching of the Exchanged Life, create a learning plan for each resident and keep accurate records and reports, provide on-call spiritual, emotional, and physical support to residential students and staff, attend regular meetings with supervisor and staff, teach and participate in Parent Training Seminars, maintain confidentiality of staff and student personal information, other duties as assigned by supervisor, publish quarterly newsletters that share personal growth, ministry updates, and God's goodness.
Master's Degree or equivalent learning is preferred, certified in or meets the standards of the AELM, basic computer skills for word processing, a practical and working knowledge of counseling, mentoring, and discipleship, display of a godly and maturing Christian leader.
Mobile Home Park Manager Couple - Reedsport, OR

Basic Skills

Our dream team has one of you with knowledge and hotel/hospitality experience to assist with reservations, guest check in and maintenance duties.
