Qualifications:

·       Provide direct care and supervision of the children while maintaining a safe and stable environment

·       Maintain required documentation

·       Plan, participate and supervise activities with the children such as homework, chores and recreational activities

·       Perform behavior management techniques as needed

·       Schedule and transport children to and from medical appointments. Disperse medication

·       Attend training and meetings as needed

I'm looking for a couple with proven experience operating and managing a mobile home park; an apartment complex or an extended stay motel.   We have a 100-space, 10-acre property in a nice section of Oklahoma City near everything.   Must have property management experience to be considered!

   Ours is a 4 1/2 acre 75-unit mixed use property consisting of 36 individual cottages; mobile homes and permanent RV's turned into living quarters located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.   This is a live-on position with the wife as the administrative manager and the husband supervising and doing hands-on maintenance.   The pay is excellent and the position is permanent and full time.
