Farm Store Clerk/Dairy Farmer (Couple) - Plano, TX

We are a family owned and operated dairy farm looking for a reliable energetic couple, or two individuals to work on our farm. Registered Guernsey and Jersey operation in Plano, TX. The couple will tend to dairy cows and work at our farm store. Must be self-starters, work independently and well with others, be real cow people with great observational skills, have good attitudes and work ethics, and be interested in a long term commitment.
The farm store clerk will be working at our retail store, the duties will include but are not limited to; running the cash register, helping customers, restocking products, assist with educational farm tours, marketing, photography etc. Successful farm marketing and sales is what keeps family farms viable. The dairy farmer will need to know all aspects of dairy farming, duties will include but are not limited to; milking cows, feeding cows, bottling milk, running large equipment, field work, planting, mowing, manure spreading, rotational pasture grazing, additional maintenance and jobs assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- We will require consent to a background check.
- Clean driving record and current driving license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for approximately 90% of the time. (This is a very physically demanding job.)

Full-time position available for a friendly and professional "Go-Getter" RESIDENT team to manage a down town Phoenix self-storage facility. As the property managers, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collection and cost control. Success in this position will require a high level of drive, salesmanship, and attention to detail. Management teams must live on premises.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operating the office during normal working hours
- In-person sales
- Answering telephone inquiries (telephone sales)
- Responding to email inquiries
- Collecting rent, including proactively calling customers with past due accounts
- Completing administrative tasks
- Inspecting / monitoring grounds daily
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Completing move-in paperwork / inspections
- Responding to customer service requests
- Cleaning vacated units and perform other light physical labor / maintenance
- Processing auction units in compliance with statute
Must be able to pass a background check.
Successful candidate must display enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, thoroughness, and reliability. Prior self-storage management experience is not mandatory but a high quality work ethic is required. The ideal candidate will work well with little supervision and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
