Work camping couple wanted for small RV park in Kanab, Utah,"The Greatest Earth on Show."

This is not a paid position but you will get an RV Site.

You would share this position with 2 other couples, which would give you plenty of time off

to enjoy all the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Work 3 days, enjoy 6 days off.

We have 14 RV sites, 5 tent sites and 3 cabins.

Camp host duties include cleaning restrooms

and three small cabins, public relations, check ins,taking reservations, and communicating

with tourists from all over the world about all the awesome beauty within minutes of our little

town: Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell etc.

This work camp host position is preferably a commitment through November 1, 2018 or longer..

Our park is adjacent to a laundry, several restaurants, and just one block from both grocery stores.

Job: Property Manager/ Maintenance Team

We are looking for a park manager/maintenance team for several RV and mobile home parks located in Central Florida. The ideal team will be an experienced Property Manager and maintenance team, who is an energetic and enthusiastic people person, with entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities (Property Manager):

· All facets of day to day operations of mobile home/RV park.

· Collect rent, make deposits and manage evictions.

· Sales/marketing skills to fill vacancies.

· Computer proficiency (Outlook, Rent Manager) with light bookkeeping.

· A people person with excellent customer service skills.

· Energetic, friendly, hospitable, always responsive to guest/tenant needs.

· Develop sense of community.

· Cost focus: look at the business as an owner; work to eliminate costs/increase profitability.

· Ensure compliance of park rules and prospectus.

Responsibilities (Maintenance Manager):

· Maintain grounds, park buildings and all common area/amenities (clubhouse, pool).

· Perform landscaping tasks.

· Handyman/trade experience.

· Ability to oversee contractors

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of property management/Mobile/RV Park experience.

· Previous RV/mobile home management experience a plus.

· Previous sales/marketing experience a plus.

· Ability to live on-site.

· Ability to work non-traditional hours, be on call.

· Driver’s license.

· Authorized to work in US.

· Pass background check.

Office Manager and Traveling Maintenance Person - Rock Hill, SC

Small Self Storage company seeking management couple (one manager and one maintenance person) to help oversee operations. Manager will provide phone support for customers, communicate with other managers, work on special projects including new development, organize lawn care at all locations, handle level 2 customer issues and coordinate Maintenance of all facilities. Maintenance person duties includes cleaning units, repairing doors and buildings, maintaining gate systems, keypads and security systems, ensuring the grounds are clean.

Basic computer skills required for the manager. Mainance person should have basic carpentry and welding skills.

Our locations are primarily in North and South Carolina. Maintenance position includes company truck and reimbursement for fuel and hotel when required to stay overnight. Management position requires some travel to visit and inspect locations and train new managers.

Couple must be able to pass drug test and background check. Wages start at $12 hr for Manager and $15 hr for Maintenance.

Park Managers for a 70 site country mhp. Couple preferred. Not required.

Must have solid experience managing rental communities. Honesty, integrity, maturity most important. Good communication skills needed. Collect rent. Minimize delinquencies. Maintenance skills very helpful. Plowing, home repairs, mowing, electrical, monitor water/septic systems.

COUPLE FOR LIVE IN GUEST HOUSE FOR HOUSEKEEPING/COOKING DUTIES AND SMALL MAINTENANCE WITH HORSE EXPERIENCE. - MIDLOTHIAN, TX

ONE PERSON DO LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING. COOKING HEALTHY TWO MEALS DAY. MUST PLAN MEALS FOR FAMILY FIVE (5). YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO FIX ENOUGH FOOD TO FEED YOURSELF AND PARTNER

OTHER PARTNER DO LIGHT MAINTENANCE ON PROPERTY AS NEEDED. KEEPING GROUNDS CLEAN. WORKING WITH FOUR HORSES, TO HELP CARE AND RIDE THEM. WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE, THAT IS WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED.

CAN BE YOUNG COUPLE OR MIDDLEAGED. MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH. ONE BEDROOM APT/GUEST HOUSE PROVIDED. FURNISHED OR NONE. ALL UTILITIES PAID. WILL HAVE USE OF POOL WHEN FAMILY NOT USING. NO CHILDREN. NON SMOKER, NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE. AVERAGE 6 HOURS DAY 5-6 DAYS WEEK. WILL WORK WITH SCHEDULE TO ALLOW FOR OTHER INCOME PROJECTS.

THIS POSITION IS OPEN TILL FILLED.

COUPLE LIVING IN NOW WILL VACATE END OF MAY 2018. WE WILL REFURBISH APARTMENT. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE READY FOR COUPLE BEGINNING MIDDLE TO END OF JUNE.
