Lompoc – 24 units

Requirements:

• Team wanted with previous management experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines
• Good public relationship skills

Manager’s duties include:

• Collecting and posting rents
• Maintaining files and records
• Manage apartment turn over;  show and lease units quickly
• Prepare tenant correspondence and  serve Notices
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Oversee repairs and maintenance property-wide
• Ensure property meets all safety requirements
• Schedule contractors and order supplies
• Respond to after hour emergencies
• Being available to meet tenant needs and resolve issues

Compensation:

• Salary based on experience
• Two bedroom apartment including utilities
