Domestic Couple - Northamptonshire UK

A large family home based in Northamptonshire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced domestic couple. This position may suit a retired couple, although this is not a requirement.
The house does not have children or pets, but occasionally relatives with children may stay. Hours required would be between 25-30 per week, however flexibility is essential.
You must both be highly professional, discreet, competent and efficient. Housekeeper Duties to include; maintaining house cleanliness to a very high standard, washing, ironing, changing bedding,interior and exterior window cleaning, cooking, shopping, running errands and ensuring the home runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Chauffeur/Handyman Duties to include; driving, valeting, maintaining the principles cars, household maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, painting/decorating and general DIY. This position would suit a local couple; however, accommodation can be provided for the right candidates. Salary negotiable
You are required to: • Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Housekeeper in a private household • Have a current EU drivers license and EU passport • Be physically fit • Speak fluent English • Be flexible around your working hours, bank holidays, weekends will occasionally be required
Live-in Caregiver/Cook for elderly couple - Benson, NC

We are in search for a long-term, live-in Caregiver for an elderly couple in Benson, NC.
Currently the couple is mostly independent. They do not need help with bathing or moving around the house. However, they often need assistance with daily tasks, as the gentleman is going blind. The couple has two dogs and a cat so an ideal caregiver will love pets.
***Candidates must have eldercare experience to be considered***
The caregiver’s daily schedule is M-F 11am-4pm and is flexible, as long as he/she is able to make the couple lunches and dinners every day. This includes serving them the meals and cleanup. It’s important that the caregiver oversea their medications and makes the couple healthy and tasty meals by following their dietary restrictions.
Job duties and responsibilities required, but not limited, to the following:
- Eldercare
- Light housekeeping
- Cooking lunches and dinners
- Driving couple to appointments
- Running errands
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry
- Medication supervision
- Pet care on occasion
- Communication with family members
The couple’s home is 2500 sq ft on three acres with room for gardening or even chickens. If the caregiver would like to use the land, she or he is free to do so as it isn’t currently being used. The guesthouse (caregiver’s quarters) is separate from the main house. It’s about 500 sq. ft. 1/bed 1/full bath with a beautiful large kitchen. There isn’t an enclosed fence but the caregiver is welcome to have a pet.
Last but most important, the caregiver must be kind, patient and respectful to the couple at all times. They want to be treated with dignity as they are going through the difficult transition of being less and less independent. This is particularly difficult for the gentleman as a former war veteran and decorated hero, who served his country his entire career. DDA is going to make sure we find this couple the best caregiver who will be like a member of the family and with this couple until the end.
This position is for an individual or couple. However, the salary and hours will not increase since this is a PT position for one person.
Resident Managers - Denver, CO

We are seeking qualified, experienced candidates for this position with an intended start date not later than February 2019, and preferably earlier. We would welcome resumes at anytime, and would want to begin screening and telephone interviews as soon as possible. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, ensuring the security of, and overseeing the maintenance of our building and grounds as well as the operating machinery and equipment
Manning the lobby desk between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday dressed appropriately for the character of our building; snow removal using the snow-blower, and or a shovel; scheduling occupancy of the guest suite; enforcing HOA rules and covenants with regard to outside service providers, and contractors, engaged by unit owners; paying bills for the Association (with check signatures by a designated Board member;) keeping the books of the Association with monthly financial statements; assisting with budget preparation; collecting monthly dues and other assessments from unit owners; engaging necessary security personnel for the desk for night and weekend hours; and assisting our unit owners with greeting their guests, delivering to individual residences packages, newspapers, etc, and other help as occasionally needed by them, and responding to emergencies as best possible.
To properly perform these duties, you will need to become totally familiar with all of the operating equipment in our building, and with the various service providers employed by our Association. Additionally you will be responsible for coordinating the work of various contractors working in, or doing major renovations in various units within the building. Our HVAC contractor will provide initial training.
