RV Park Caretaker - Couples Position - Waco, TX

Looking for a couple to manage a 100 space RV Park right outside of Waco, Texas. Both persons must be able to receive a check and must live on property.

Must be on call after hours and weekend. Person in the office must be computer literate, able to work well with people. Must be organized, able to enforce rules fairly, and any and all other aspects of office work.

Outside person must have maintenance experience, self motivated, minor plumbing, mowing, grounds pick up, minor tree trimming, maintain the property and all other aspects of maintenance work. 

Office hours will be from 9-4 Monday through Friday.  And closed the weekend.

Tentative start date will be middle of May 2019. Must pass background check. Please send resumes for both persons.
