Looking for a motivated, friendly management/maintenance team for our well maintained and desired 100 space All-Age Mobile Home Community in Tustin, CA.
The ideal team would have experience with mobile home park management, be familiar with California Mobile Home Residency Laws, Title 25 and other applicable laws. WMA certification is a plus. Between the team members, the following skills and abilities are necessary;
Resident Manager: Rent collection and deposits, computer and smart phone knowledge, bookkeeping, public relations, filing/record-keeping, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork, enforcing rules and regulations, serving violation and legal notices when necessary and other misc. office skills. Manager must also adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
Maintenance: Working knowledge of basic construction, plumbing and electrical and will include daily outside maintenance, overseeing community construction projects and general oversight of the physical aspects of the community. Maintenance tech must also ensure property site conditions are in good working order with excellent curb appeal.
Park managers must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and leadership in all areas of performance. Honesty and positive attitude is a must. Applicants must have previous management experience and the desire to work together. Applicants also must be willing to work closely with the Regional Park Manager and Assistant Manager.
Compensation: Salary DOE plus 2-bedroom manufactured home. Medical, dental & vision benefits including Company holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Bilingual is a plus!
