LIVE IN FRONT DESK / HOUSEKEEPING MGR - Maple City, MI

Seeking to fill Front Desk / Housekeeping live-in positions at our motel properties in Glen Arbor, Leelanau County, MI. The job runs from June - October with the potential for long term employment. Be a positive addition to our hardworking team offering fine accommodations in the heart of picturesque Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! 

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

Joining a team of housekeepers to clean and tidy guest rooms
Processing laundry and helping maintain inventory therein
Answering phones to take reservations
Checking in guests, taking payments, communicating facility amenities and restrictions
Closing the front office at the end of the day
Being on call occasionally for guests who may need assistance outside of office hours

The ideal candidate(s) will have exemplary communication skills, be able to communicate clearly with guests and management - on the phone and in person. Applicant must be computer literate, be a self-motivated problem solver and be physically able to clean rooms and process laundry. The chosen candidate will live a clean lifestyle (smoking prohibited).

Seeking Couples for Motorcoach Resort - Hilton Head Island, SC

Our Motorcoach Resort, the only 5-star resort on America's Best Island has an immediate opening for a couple. 

Live and work in paradise, one member of the couple will work in the office answering phones, taking reservation and checking guests in. The other half will perform work as a valet, preparing lots for arrival, escorting guests to their lots and guiding them into their site. Previous working camper experience is preferred. 

Each person will work 3 days a week, one of the couple earns $10.00 per hour for working in the office and the other works and receives the site, cable, Wi-Fi and all utilities in exchange for their duties. We ask for a 6 month or longer commitment, most of our workers extend beyond. 

You must own a Motorcoach to work in the resort. If you have a fifth wheel or towable please do not apply as our covenants stipulate that we are a Motorcoach resort only. 

 

Work Camper Couples and Individuals Needed To Answer Phone and Check In Guests - West, TX

We are looking for work camper couples and individuals to work in the front office answering the phone and checking in guests.  The position is for 15 hours per week in exchange for a full hook up 30 amp or 50 amp site, FREE Wi-Fi internet, and $10 per week in laundry tokens for the coin washers.  Work campers may also enjoy unlimited use of the swiming pool.  

Our campground is located in the town of West, TX, which is 20 miles north of Waco.  We are located on the service road of I-35, so there is easy on/off access to the Interstate.  We are a rural campground with lots of trees, but there are restaraunts, grocery stores, drug stores, etc just 1.5 miles away in West.  There is a Super Walmart and small Hospital with emergency room 12 miles north in the town of Hillsboro.  A major Hospital is 18 miles south in Waco, TX.  

Pets are always welcome at our campground.

Community Manager & Maintenance - Middletown, PA

Looking for an experienced community manager & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 200+ unit manufactured housing community in Middletown, PA. Prior experience in the property management industry and overseeing maintenance staff is strongly preferred. Must be computer literate, with experience using Excel, Word, and email. Familiarity with Rent Manager software is a plus.

Salary up to $50K - $55K (combined) dependent on experience and if you will need housing onsite. Please attach resume and cover letter.

Additional Work camping Couple needed for the Season - Boerne, TX

We are a RV Resort located near Boerne, TX... Just 30 minutes from the excitement of historic San Antonia. We are in need of one additional couple to complete our team. 

One Workamper would join us in the office while the second Workamper would join our maintenance team. The average work schedule per couple is 2 days a week, 28 hrs. total. You will work on the same days therefore have the same days off.
