Duties include taking rsevations both face to face and over the phone, greeting guests, handling money, & keeping records.

We are in quiet Sneads, Florida is seeking resident maintenance volunteers willing to contribute 20 hours per week, per person, for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 4 months in exchange for a campsite this summer and winter. All volunteer sites are equipped with 30 and 50 Amp electric, septic hook-up and potable water.
Come experience some of the best freshwater fishing in the state on Lake Seminole! Boating, wildlife viewing, and relaxation are some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay at Three Rivers State Park.
Maintenance volunteers shall assist park staff with ongoing projects, trail maintenance, mowing, weedeating, cleaning facilities, trash pickup, tractor and heavy equipment operation, vehicle and small engine maintenance, construction and repairs, plumbing and electrical, fencing and other maintenance-oriented tasks. Volunteer will also be required to assist park visitors when needed and assist the campground hosts when needed. All training and uniforms will be provided upon arrival. Lakeside Campground Hosts - Sneads, FL

We are in quiet Sneads, Florida is seeking resident campground host volunteers that are willing to contribute 20 hours per week, per person, for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 4 months - in exchange for a campsite on beautiful Lake Seminole. All volunteer sites are equipped with 30 and 50 Amp service, potable water, septic hook-up, washer and dryer facilities and lake views.
Come and experience some of the best freshwater fishing in the state on Lake Seminole! Boating, wildlife viewing, fishing, canoeing and relaxation are some of the reasons that visitors and hosts love this location. As a campground host, you will be responsible for maintaining 31 campsites and 1 rustic rental cabin. Hosts will work the camper registration office collecting fees, registering campers, renting canoes, selling firewood and assisting the visitors. Campground maintenance will be part of this position as well and shall include cleaning firerings, cleaning empty campsites, cleaning the restroom, mowing, weedeating, cabin cleaning and fish waste station cleaning and disposal. Hosts will also be available to the visitors with questions and provide assistance as needed.
All training will be provided upon arrival as well as uniform shirts.

Charit Creek Lodge is a rustic wilderness lodge located in a valley between two beautiful creeks in the heart of the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area in Tennessee. We offer a scenic getaway for guests to leave behind the routine of everyday life and leisurely experience nature.
Charit Creek Lodge is ONLY accessed by foot, mountain biking or horseback riding. You cannot drive to the lodge. We are completely off-grid, we do not have electricity but have some battery charging ability on-site. There is some Verizon cell service.
Five historic private cabins are available for rental to guests, one being the oldest structure in the National Park system still in use today. Guests unwind by campfires in the evenings and spend their mornings hiking or riding several trails that begin at the lodge.
Mealtime is a very important time at the lodge. It's truly where we shine! The scripted menus are made from scratch using vegetables from our garden whenever possible. We are dedicated to serving a meal that is full of love. The perfect candidate(s) will bring skill, creativity and passion to our kitchen.
We are a small business with a tight-knit team looking for an energetic 'go-getter' who is flexible and engaging. The right person will be a self starter and the ability to work unsupervised. This is NOT a park service position, we operate as a private business within the national park.
We are looking to hire a management team to oversee lodge operations. Applicants with extensive food service experience or experience as on-site managers are given preference.
The candidate(s) hired will live and work (~40/hr/wk) at the lodge with meals provided plus paid compensation. This position begins June 15, 2019. We ask for a commitment at least through December 31st, but prefence will be given to applicants who wish to stay longer. Beginning and end dates are somewhat flexible.
Pay will be commensurate depending on several factors including skill set and experience. We are looking for that special team of managers who want to live and work at an old homestead and who cherish the opportunity to spread the love of Charit Creek Lodge to our guests. A successful management team will be able to work unsupervised and will thrive on taking responsibility and helping others achieve our goals.
Responsibilities: Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service and information to all guests inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling (because working here, it's hard not to smile)!
- Check in guests to cabins, help them feel welcomed by setting a friendly and inclusive tone for our lodge.
- Oversee/help prepare and clean 5 cabins, bathhouse, dining room and common areas each day for guests.
- Oversee/help maintain grounds and horse barn as needed.
- Direct/oversee all food services including preparing meals, serving our guests and cleaning up after the meal.
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Maintain a culture of positivity/inclusiveness/environmental friendliness.
- Develop a working knowledge of the trails and sights near the lodge.

Must be flexible and able to multitask –– new challenges arise each day.
Qualifications: - Ability to work with owner to coordinate daily operations/supply runs/maintenance tasks/special projects.
- 1 Year Minimum Customer Service/Hospitality/Food Service Required.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to direct a ream of 4-6 seasinal crew members.

Manager/ Front Desk Staff - Kerrville, TX

Tending the front desk, checking in late night guest arrivals and managing reservations and RevPAR, as well as problem solving whenever situations arise. Prior Hotel/Motel lodging experience is a plus.
