RV Park Manager/Office Manager(s) - Mission (Rio Grande Valley), TX

May 13, 2020 Wanted: RV Park Manager/Office Manager, Individual or Couple. Beautiful Resort in Rio Grande Valley Texas, an over 55 community, is looking for a full time Park Manager, with relaxed summer hours, and pay year around.Park Manager will provide an exceptional experience to 233 lease holders/owners, while working comfortably with employees, leaseholders, renters, and the public. Park Manager must excel in customer service, take pride in their work, be reliable, work independently and be a strong problem solver.

Job duties include but not limited to: • Be spokesperson for W&I Resort • Visually inspect grounds to help secure a safe environment • Collaborate with Board of Directors • Collaborate with Building and Grounds Chairman • Manage all inside and outside employees • Manage all office activates (Financial reports, budget, contracts) • Provide guidance to volunteers • Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Website Management) • Must hold or obtain Notary Public Certification

This full time position is offered with benefits, and a salary range of $28,000 to $33,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
