**Vehicle shuttles to and from Bozeman Airport (3.5 miles)
**Ability to operate light equipment in winter conditions (for snow removal) able to lift 40 lbs
**Must be mechanically inclined (experience in equipment operation a plus...)
**General cleaning of office, vacated units, minor building repairs.
Applicants must be able to present themselves in a professional manner, able to work indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to reach, sweep, shovel and bend. Must have a valid, UNIMPAIRED drivers license, reliable insured transportation, able to operate a motor vehicle in various weather conditions, including snow & ice.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation includes an adjoining 1 bdrm apartment, utilities and salary

Modular Home Park & RV Park Manager-Caretaker Couple - Sunshine Coast, BC
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are seeking a professional couple to take over our RV & Modular Home park on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in BC.
We have 10 acres on the ocean, with a 24 unit Modular Home Park and 30 unit RV sites.
Maintenance of all social media sites as well as Website Respond promptly to all emails, phone calls and messages Reservations, deposits & payment
Rent collection
Advertising - screening - renting of pad site in upper & lower RV sites in RV Park Monthly maintenance and purging of CloudTrax wifi system
Creating and assigning WiFi logins
Completion and remittence of Annual Health Unit Water Reports
Annual renewal of water and electrical permits
Negotiation of contracts on behalf of the Owner, with best practices and rates as priority Notifications and evictions if necessary
Maintain good working relationship with neighbours and community
Deal directly with the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism to maintain community connection and exposure
Liaise with City, Heath Unit, Tourism & Community Services
Maintain good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Board of BC’s rules and regulations regarding Modular Home Parks.
Study new rules and regulations as they become available and implement as necessary
Maintain and keep updated Emergency Response Plan (ERP) annually (as per Health Unit orders)
Maintain all office equipment and computers & Re-order office supplies as required Reconcile Cash register reports daily, Deposits and other banking
Create brochures, flyers, business cards for use in advertising and promotion in Tourism office, office etc
Annual rent increases as prescribed by RTB
Creating of invoicing for monthly rents - utilities - fees for all long term tenants Reconciliation of bank, Moneris, credit card statements
Monthly remittance to Owner of all cash flows including AR & AP (Invoicing & Expense Report)
Advertising and promotion of the property, facilities and services
Annual reconciliation of all revenue - expenses to Accountant
Monthly Accounts Receivable
Monthly Accounts Payable
Outdoor maintenance and repair of buildings, property and gardens, snow plowing, sanding and salting
YOU ARE:
A CANADIAN RESIDENT LIVING CURRENTLY IN CANADA
A professional couple (age 50-67) that have experience with Managing an Adult Modular Home Park and/or RV Park
Able to hand all office equipment, MAC computers, Numbers, Pages, POS
Able to maintain and do basic repairs to water, electrical, small equipment
WE OFFER:
3 Bedroom Oceanfront Home, Fully furnished, Rent free, including all services (internet, cable, hydro) Value - $2600 month rent - $400 month utilities
Company vehicle, including gas, insurance and maintenance $1000 month
Salary of $2000 per month.
Total salary including housing etc value $6000 per month.
Campground Host Pepper Ranch Preserve - Immokalee, FL

RV campground hosts needed at the Beautiful Pepper Ranch Preserve north of Lake Trafford in South Florida. The Pepper Ranch Preserve is a 2,500 acre preserve located at 6315 Pepper Road in Immokalee, Florida. The preserve is part of the Collier County Conservation Collier Program that preserves and protects Conservation land for plants, wildlife and for future generations. The preserve offers hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails for the public and is open Friday- Sunday, November-June. The preserve is also a working cattle ranch. The campground has 10 campsites and one group campsite. Camping is available Friday and Saturday nights.
Work Schedule: 4 days a week, hours will vary with workload. A minimum of 20 - 25 hours per week for one person and 32 hours per week for a couple.
No Dogs Allowed on this site due to the cattle ranch.
Qualifications:
Host volunteers need to be physically capable of performing these duties.

Whitetail breeding, hunting and land management - Doss, TX

Looking for a couple to participate with owner and staff to run an intensely managed whitetail deer hunting and deer breeding operation. Duties will include, but are not limited to: monitoring all breeder deer health and safety, addressing health issues, working deer through handling facility, AI, darting, fawning season, filling feeders, ranch property mainenance, vehicle maintenance, monitoring ranch deer, organize and guide hunters, cleaning animals during hunting season, take care of 70+ head of cattle and wean calves, assist with work on various other properties, construction projects. Capable of lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Clean and maintain ranch house, hunting lodge and cabin. Cook for guest and hunters.
Keeping track of records in Microsoft Office, keep accurate records of deer genealogy and health, good communicator verbally and in writing, neat and organized, advertising and sales experience a plus. Previouse whitetail deer breeding experience and overall ranch operations preferred.
