We are seeking a professional couple to take over our RV & Modular Home park on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in BC.
We have 10 acres on the ocean, with a 24 unit Modular Home Park and 30 unit RV sites.
Maintenance of all social media sites as well as Website Respond promptly to all emails, phone calls and messages Reservations, deposits & payment
Rent collection
Advertising - screening - renting of pad site in upper & lower RV sites in RV Park Monthly maintenance and purging of CloudTrax wifi system
Creating and assigning WiFi logins
Completion and remittence of Annual Health Unit Water Reports
Annual renewal of water and electrical permits
Negotiation of contracts on behalf of the Owner, with best practices and rates as priority Notifications and evictions if necessary
Maintain good working relationship with neighbours and community
Deal directly with the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism to maintain community connection and exposure
Liaise with City, Heath Unit, Tourism & Community Services
Maintain good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Board of BC’s rules and regulations regarding Modular Home Parks.
Study new rules and regulations as they become available and implement as necessary
Maintain and keep updated Emergency Response Plan (ERP) annually (as per Health Unit orders)
Maintain all office equipment and computers & Re-order office supplies as required Reconcile Cash register reports daily, Deposits and other banking
Create brochures, flyers, business cards for use in advertising and promotion in Tourism office, office etc
Annual rent increases as prescribed by RTB
Creating of invoicing for monthly rents - utilities - fees for all long term tenants Reconciliation of bank, Moneris, credit card statements
Monthly remittance to Owner of all cash flows including AR & AP (Invoicing & Expense Report)
Advertising and promotion of the property, facilities and services
Annual reconciliation of all revenue - expenses to Accountant
Monthly Accounts Receivable
Monthly Accounts Payable
Outdoor maintenance and repair of buildings, property and gardens, snow plowing, sanding and salting
YOU ARE:
A CANADIAN RESIDENT LIVING CURRENTLY IN CANADA
A professional couple (age 50-67) that have experience with Managing an Adult Modular Home Park and/or RV Park
Able to hand all office equipment, MAC computers, Numbers, Pages, POS
Able to maintain and do basic repairs to water, electrical, small equipment
WE OFFER:
3 Bedroom Oceanfront Home, Fully furnished, Rent free, including all services (internet, cable, hydro) Value - $2600 month rent - $400 month utilities
Company vehicle, including gas, insurance and maintenance $1000 month
Salary of $2000 per month.
Total salary including housing etc value $6000 per month.
