FEATURED JOB OPENING: ***Self Storage Managers*** - Bozeman, MT

Full-time, on-site, managing couple wanted for Bozeman Valet & Storage facility. Best suited for retired or semi retired couple. Candidates must be customer oriented, open minded, professional.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

**Ability to organize and manage bookkeeping, with computer applications (Sitelink, Microsoft)
**Rent units, collect rents, deposits and process bank transactions
**Collect delinquent rent and process legal notices
**Vehicle shuttles to and from Bozeman Airport (3.5 miles)
**Ability to operate light equipment in winter conditions (for snow removal) able to lift 40 lbs
**Must be mechanically inclined (experience in equipment operation a plus...)
**General cleaning of office, vacated units, minor building repairs.

Applicants must be able to present themselves in a professional manner, able to work indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to reach, sweep, shovel and bend. Must have a valid, UNIMPAIRED drivers license, reliable insured transportation, able to operate a motor vehicle in various weather conditions, including snow & ice.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation includes an adjoining 1 bdrm apartment, utilities and salary
Non smoker, no pets, NO "baggage"
