Suwannee Valley Resort located in White Springs Florida is currently seeking awork camping couple to assist in our Maintenance Department!
The couple will work as a team Thursday through Sunday with Monday - Wednesday off.
You will work aproxamently 4 to 5 hours each day,
Below is a brief description of the job responsibilities:
Maintenance
Responsible for assisting with the general upkeep and cleaning of lodge / pool area and office.
In our maintenance department we work a 4 on 4 off schedule. You will work approximately 4 - 5 hours per day
Duties include:
• Cleaning bathrooms and showers
• Moping Lodge / Kitchen and Game Rooms
• Wiping down outside areas around pool (We have a pool technician that cleans the pool and hot tub)
• Empting Trash cans around lodge
• In general you will work approximately 20 to 25 hours a week
Compensation
These are NON SALARY positions
You will receive membership to the resort

Turpin Meadow Ranch is a historic guest ranch established in 1932 and recently renovated to provide our guests with a luxury experience. The ranch is located at the northern end of Jackson Hole; we are about 1 hour outside of the town of Jackson and situated near Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Our restaurant focuses on utilizing seasonal and fresh ingredients, as well as sourcing from local farms whenever possible. Our goal is to produce a high-quality product in a fun environment. Candidate must be a team player with high energy and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be outgoing and focused, and most importantly be kind and respectful to co-workers.
We have 10 separate units on-site varying in size from single-room cabins to large multi-level chalets. Our housekeepers are responsible to take care of the ranch laundry, provide daily cabin refreshes or cleans, as well as keeping the main lodge looking its best.
We are looking for a seasonal housekeeper willing to commit to our Winter season (December - March).

Prefer proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and truck rentals.

House Parents - Lubbock, TX

Guiding Hope House Parents are Single or a Couple whom live in a foster homes on campus with 6 to 8 students whom they supervise. Houseparents are care-givers and role models for the students - living with them in campus homes and overseeing their daily lives. Houseparents are actively engaged with students.
Houseparents ensure students’ well-being from a physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development standpoint. They collaborate extensively with other staff including faculty, health services and others. Houseparents also build relationships with and maintain communication with students’ families or sponsors.
Houseparents have administrative responsibilities including the oversight of the student home, student home budget, scheduling coordination, record-keeping and more. Houseparents participate in regular meetings and trainings to ensure they have the information required for the role.
Private apartments may be provided.
Minimum starting salary per married couple is $73,180.00 with an excellent benefits package including 3 weeks of paid summer vacation. Housing, utilities & meals are provided by nature of the job. Qualifications:
· Age 21 or older.
· Legally married if married, preferably for three years or more.
· High school diplomas or GED’s.
· Valid driver’s licenses in good standing and both spouses willing to drive a ten-passenger van.
· Successful experience working or volunteering with youth. (Houseparents are responsible for ensuring students’ well-being physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.) Experience with youth from disadvantaged settings a plus.
· Administrative skills including basic computer and budgeting skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with youth and adults. Effective communication and language skills necessary.
· Demonstrated success working in a dynamic work environment. Multi-tasking skills essential.
· Comfort level handling challenging situations including medical emergencies.
· Houseparents may have up to two children of their own residing with them.
· Only fish and some breeds of dogs are permitted.
· U.S work authorization required.
· Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are role models for students.
