The Storage Center Manager is crucial to the sustained productivity of the company. A successful Storage Center Manager must be seasoned and experienced in retail sales, profit & loss, personnel, time management, customer service, and more. At U-Haul, the Storage Center Manager is also critical in creating a welcoming environment, creating the cleanest locations in the industry, and identifying customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
The Storage Center Manager will be responsible for the profitability and productivity of the U-Haul Storage Center and to achieve established standards, sales goals, and profit objectives.
As a Storage Center Manager you would be expected to exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level as well as demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Performing profit and loss (P&L) analysis
- Hiring, managing and mentoring team members
- Driving sales and production

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of management experience in retail or other service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability
- Strong ability to lead, development, and train staff for success
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education/Training:
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle
- Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.

About The Property Manager Job:
Collect rents, post late notices (about 10/month), put ad on CraigsList and in newspaper when a park-owned home becomes available (about every other month), show the park-owned homes when they come available for rent, schedule outside vendors to make major repairs. Good record-keeping skills – each tenant’s lease, notices, etc. must be kept properly filed. Please have professional appearance, and be courteous to our residents. This is a part-time position, however you should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About The Maintenance Manager Job:
Hands-on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet timelines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are mowing common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, installation of.
Water and Sewer leak repair and overall knowledge of Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Home Set up is important. We are approved for 156 sites and over time we want to add infrastructure to bring in mobile homes. The capacity and knowledge to add infracture is also important. For the most part we keep all maintenance work inhouse. Please have professional appearance and be courteous to our residents. You should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About The Compensation:
Salary 40,000-45,000 Per year but depends on experience we will provide onsite housing in compensation package.

Property Managers - Sebring, FL

We are seeking a management couple, for a 200 site 55 plus park in Sebring, FL to oversee the community’s sales, operations, marketing and resident relations.
Must have previously worked in property management and have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge across the trades, and enjoy people. Must be able to perform rehab and upkeep duties along with office duties and home sales as well as manage/motivate a team. Experience with Rent Manager software a plus.
Prior experience in managing a mobile home community, RV park, or apartments is preferred.

EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC COUPLE FOR UHNW ESTATE - WILTSHIRE, UK

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly experienced, hardworking and talented Domestic Couple to support an UHNW family in their country estate in Wiltshire. Working as a Couple, you will hit the ground running to maintain the upkeep of this country house and grounds to exacting standards.
The estate is occupied by a young family with 2 school-aged children, who live between the estate and their London residence. Overseeing all functions of the housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking, and childcare at the weekends, you will also assist the grounds team to ensure the gardens and outside areas are maintained to a very high standard.
In addition to housekeeping duties, the lady of the Couple will be required to care for the children and sleep in with them when they are in residence (on average 3 nights per week) – this will likely only be for the next year or two until they are older and more comfortable to sleep by themselves.
This role will be live-in with your own cottage provided on site, with bills included. You will also be provided with a car. Working 5 days per week (usual days off are Monday and Tuesdays), with flexibility required for hours. Occasional travel may be required to the London residence, and very occasionally overseas.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Management of all household laundry, including clothing, fine fabrics, linens etc.
- Ironing, pressing, folding and appropriately hanging/storing all items
- Daily cleaning of the property
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the household
- Childcare at weekends, including sleeping in with the children
- Cooking for the family daily
- Provisioning and taking stock of all household items
- Flower arranging
- Polishing antiques, marble and silverware
- Ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
- General cleaning and upkeep of the grounds
- Sweeping and keeping the formal gardens clean and tidy
- Managing external contractors
- Deal quickly and responsibly with any issues that arise
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Previous experience in a Couples role supporting a UHNWI within a private estate
- Very high attention to detail
