Property Management Couple / Team position for a Manufactured Home Community.
Compensation: $50-60K per team + bonus

We are looking for a self-motivated couple to manage a Mobile Home Community. The team must live on property. One person will work in the office working with computer systems, residents, collecting rents, accounts payable, filing, and all other aspects of office work. The other person will work outside doing mowing, edging, painting, snow-plowing, light plumbing and electrical, and all other aspects of maintenance.
Property Manager:
- Direct sales and marketing activity.
- Perform weekly property visits with follow up.
- Ensure that all rents are collected and handle delinquency accounts with Attorney.
- 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred.
- Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis.
- Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management-based software.
- It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.
Maintenance Manager:
- Physical ability to effectively accomplish diverse skilled work in the repair and maintenance of facilities.
- Clean vacant lots.
- Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Respond to resident service requests when applicable.
- Follow safety precautions.
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition.
Qualifications for Both Roles:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with strong time management, leadership and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is based on experience. Property Management experience is required.
Energetic and entrepreneurial couple wanted to live on site and manage a small RV Park and Store - Bowie, TX

Hi working couples!
We are looking for an energetic, courteous and experienced couple to manage our small RV Park (22 full hook ups) and cafe.
We need you to keep an eye on the park, maintain it nicely, collect rent and run the store. Summer is busy, winter is quiet.
Lots of ways to increase revenue and if you do, profitshare is available.
The cafe/store is open 11-7 in winter and 9-8 in summer. Monday is closed.
Approx 30-35 hours per person each week (less in winter, more in summer).
Salary is negotiable.
We are on a quiet country road, opposite the public boat ramp to a lovely lake. Approx 50 mins to DFW and 50 mins to Witchita Falls.

Description: Home Parents must exhibit the intellectual and emotional maturity required to work with youth who have behavioral issues and difficulty connecting to others due to developmental delays, mental health needs and trauma. This position requires respect, a compassionate understanding and the ability to use a trust-based approach to balancing structure and nurture. Other responsibilities include developing relationships with each youth in care, learning to effectively use the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model of care, teaching daily living skills, home management, transportation, medication administration and compliance with Methodist Children's Home policies and procedures.
Schedule: This is a 24-hour per day live-in position with a living space provided in the home. The typical schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. Home Parents are on duty throughout the waking hours, but are provided with a sleeping period each day when all youth have retired for the night.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED, Valid Driver's License, a clean criminal history and a must be a married couple.
