FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Couple for Self Storage Property - Tampa Bay Area, FL

Experienced professional Couple in Florida to live on-site and manage busy Self Storage Property with Truck Rentals.

Excellent leasing abilities, collections, computer, banking, marketing experience. Proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office. Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible to changes and updates.

Need to be friendly, helpful, professional on the phone ensuring all property amenities are provided to callers. Also need to present a friendly, helpful, professional image to tenants and customers who come to the office.

Truck rental experience preferred but not required.

Will clean vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter and other light maintenance as needed.

This is a 40Hr/40Hr position.

Prefer proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and truck rentals.

Provided in compensation package - Competitive wage, apartment, monthly bonus incentives (both Self Storage & truck rentals), monthly mileage check, health insurance, vacation, and other benefits. Must receive both resumes.
