This is a long-term position (think 10-15 years) for a proactive, enthusiastic, trustworthy, energetic and friendly couple who love living in the mountains. - The owners are friendly, organized, caring and realistic. They live in the main house from June to October. You would live on the property year-round.
- Responsibilities include property management, grounds maintenance, vendor management and security (year-round) with cooking, housekeeping and ground transportation (summertime). Important that at least one person is very hands on with general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, use of tools like saws etc.)
- Benefits include a very generous compensation package for each person; medical insurance; a no-cost 1,300 sq. ft., one bedroom home on the property (fully furnished) with its own, gated entrance and views of Monterey Bay; insured car and truck provided; all utilities included except home phone; time off with owner approval

Mobile Home Management Couple Needed- $100-$120k annually - No City Specified, MO

We are looking for a self-motivated couple to manage a Mobile Home Community. The team must live on property. One person will work in the office working with computer systems, residents, collecting rents, accounts payable, filing, and all other aspects of office work. The other person will work outside doing mowing, edging, painting, snow-plowing, light plumbing and electrical, and all other aspects of maintenance.
Property Manager:
- Direct sales and marketing activity.
- Perform weekly property visits with follow up.
- Ensure that all rents are collected and handle delinquency accounts with Attorney.
- 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred.
- Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis.
- Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management-based software.
- It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.
Maintenance Manager:
- Physical ability to effectively accomplish diverse skilled work in the repair and maintenance of facilities.
- Clean vacant lots.
- Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Respond to resident service requests when applicable.
- Follow safety precautions.
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition.
Qualifications for Both Roles:
- A minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with strong time management, leadership and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is based on experience. Property Management experience is required.
