Resident Store Manager & Property Help - Jenner, CA

Our bustling community coastal store is seeking a new manager and additional help for the properties! 

About Us:

We are located on the iconic Highway 1 on the Sonoma Coast of California nestled between two state parks soaked with history and filled with redwoods. One side of the property is forest and the other is ocean. 
Our Store is the hub of the community and considered the 'community market'. We offer specialty & local items and pride ourselves on serving the community in ways such as special requests. We have a weekly farm market, with music night returning soon. Our Deli which is located within The Store is currently undergoing renovations and will soon have beer on draft, wine service and a lounge with some scrumptious eats.
The Lodge has 16 rooms with private patios, charcoal grills and dreamy views. Our guests return year after year - sometimes month after month and it's not just for the location, its for the awesome staff we have.
The crew is more than a staff, we are a family who has game nights, fire circles, meals and lots of good times!

The Position(s):

1) Within this couple we are looking first and foremost to fill the role of The Store Manager. This position is for 1 individual. 

It is ideal for this candidate to have experience in inventory and product management with the ability to lead a small team. Previous work with Yellow Dog or other POS systems is a plus - though we are happy to train the right candidates! This is a unique management position as you will be joining a team of "Proerty Leads". You will work individually yet collectively with The Deli, Maintenance, and Lodge managers as well as the owners. 
The main responsibilities of the Store Lead/Manager are as follows but are not limited to:

• Maintaining product inventory, product rotation, order placements & acceptance
• Establishing relationships with vendors and members of the community - you are the face of The Store! 
• Oversee a team of no more than 3 employees per day. This includes the initial training and continued training of staff as it directly relates to The Store
• Additional duties may be: operate the register, stock shelves, assistance with cleaning and project planning when needed

2) The second position we are looking to fill is flexible! Our open roles are:

• Part time Accountant for both properties
• Front Desk Agent
• Store Clerk
• Maintenance

*If interested in the part time accountant position please expect to assist with one of the other listed roles.

Compensation:

• Store Manager starting salary $30k
• Second Role $13 per hour plus tips based on position
• Housing is by way of FHU RV Site or single bedroom apartment, unfurnished.
• All utilities included 
• Free onsite laundry w/detergent
• Free high speed wifi

Small children are not suited to the properties, however pets are welcomed! This couple must have reliable transportation due to our remote area.
