Arizona – Need ASAP, friendly, professional on-site maintenance person for year-round employment to work with our 1 full-time and 1 part-time maintenance person. Must have basic electrical, plumbing, construction, park maintenance experience, maintain park landscaping, escort guests to their site, read electric meters, familiar with pool/spa maintenance. This position works as follows: October 1st – May = 1st 7am – 2pm, Monday – Friday and on call every other weekend. May 1st – October 1st = 6am – 10am and rotating on call days.
Compensation: FHU site, monthly salary, work shirts, golf cart, TV/WIFI, 2 weeks paid vacation, attendance at park functions (3 Dinners, 3 Breakfasts, Coffee & Donuts/Monday, live dance band every Friday Night).

We have a variety of seasonal hourly roles available for candidates who are bringing their RV. Our employee RV sites are located just outside the national park.

Property Management Couple - Winter Haven, FL

We are seeking a management couple for Cypress Campground & RV Park, an Applebrook RV Park, to oversee the Park's sales, operations, resident/guest relations, and maintain high standards for the aesthetics, maintenance and safety. The Property Managers will have financial accountability (revenues less controllable costs), and will oversee all employees and contractors working at the property.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and growing high guest occupancy
- 100% compliance to company Home Office standards around well-maintained properties
- Provides accurate and timely reporting on a weekly basis
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the RV Park including property, staff, buildings, and other incidents that may occur
- Reviews and forwards to Home Office for approval/rejection all long-term stay guest applications.
- Manages an established property budget – not exceeding the costs and capital allocated, “thinking like an owner”
- Works with other Applebrook RV Parks in the area to cross-sell and maximize occupancy of all properties
- Identifies and addresses issues associated with a supervisory position
- Offers recommendations for capital improvements or repairs, the development of job specifications, contract developments and negotiations
- Hires, trains, and continually evaluates on-site employees
- Responds promptly to guests needs and concerns while being pleasant, cheerful and tactful
- Enforces the Park’s rules/regulations and follows all applicable safety procedures while promoting positive guest relations
- Performs variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs
- Partners with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing plan for the property and sector
- Attracts new customers and guests through excellent customer service, social media (Facebook, etc.), and other marketing sources
- Takes the initiative to research and complete ad hoc projects as they arise
- Prepares end of the year goals and objectives for the following year working with Home Office to set up operational budget for the coming year
Minimum Requirements Upon Hiring and During Employment:
- Ability to actively walk and inspect the grounds and lift 40 lbs. or greater
- Current driver’s license
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Employment is conditional on a completed application and successful background checks
Hiring Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous property management preferably at an RV park
- Proficient in property management software
- Own an RV or have spent substantial time traveling/camping in an RV
- Demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, sewer, carpentry, water lines, pool maintenance, etc
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
Comp/ Benefits:
- $30,000 - $50,000
