Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Demonstrate strong sales skills by identifying customer needs, selling Insurance, and adding merchandise sales.
· Provide excellent customer service by developing relationships and assisting with storage needs.
· Day to day operations
· Follow safety rules and regulations
· Assist manager in achieving site performance goals
· Open and close office each day in a timely manner
· Stock and arrange merchandise
· Site cleanliness and appearance (Unit swept, Hallways moped, bulbs changed, Site free and clear of debris, ect.)
· Handling and processing delinquent account to be in line with the Arizona Lien law.
· May need to travel to different locations and run errands for your designated facility.
· Office administration including any daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting.
Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Minimum (1) year in retail/customer service/sales experience
· Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving
· Superb punctuality and organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Weekend availability is required
· No criminal/arrest record
· Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
· Submit to a background check

Live-in Lodge Housekeeper Couple - Old Forge, NY

Live-in and work in the beautiful Adirondack mountains of Old Forge, New York.
Our Lodge is seeking a working couple to live-in a guest room and each work full time between 35-40 hours a week during our busiest season, June 1 - Oct 15. Each couple will earn $12.50 per hour and must clock in. Living ameneties include mini refrigerator in room, and access to a bbq, microwave, and laundry. Schedule must be flexible but there will be plenty of time to explore all of the areas that the Adirondack Mountains have to offer.
Responsibilities for both members of the couple include:
Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
Shampoo carpet, rugs and upholstery as needed
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
Clean guest rooms, and guest areas throughout the lodge
Maintain health and sanitary requirements
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications to both members of the couple:
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision

Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience(i.e. retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, front desk, site management and or customer - centered sales roles)
Knowledgeable computer skills
Clear and valid Driver's License with access to reliable transpiration.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ideal for retired Military, Police or Fire.
Familiar with social media marketing.

Job Duties:
- Process Move-Ins and Move-Outs and complete lease agreements.

- Schedule and manage on-site staff. Coordinate with off-site property supervision.
- Market Surveys: conduct market surveys to competitive Self Storage stores in area.
- Collection duties: call on any past due balances and collect late fees.
- Light maintenance/cleaning of facility and daily walk-through of property.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Self-Storage industry, OR retail/sales.
- Computer literate with MS Office (Word/Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and be able to complete custodial duties such as: sweeping, hauling trash and cleaning.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and clean driving record is required for this position.
