Immediate Opening: Self Storage Management Team.
Are you and your significant other the self-motivated people that we need to manage our gorgeous San Francisco Bay property? Would you like to live on site in our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 living spaces, 1 and 1/2 bath townhome that is located in the heart of this charming, upscale, well sought after community?
If you are "people persons" have great communication skills; team players and truly care about customers, we want you! We are looking for a goal-oriented team who is eager to build a positive work culture for the site market our business locally and on social media with our team.
As Store Managers, you will have excellent opportunities to utilize your listening skills; to best assist customers who need self-storage in different stages of life's transitions. Your sales skills will be a put to use to rent space and build occupancy. You also will be important members of a rock solid 50 year established company. The successful applicants will display the following.
Employment Duties and Expectations
Develop excellent customer relationships by identifying the customer storage needs and providing them with an economical solution.
Improve sales objectives with prospective customers through unit rentals, customer insurance, and sale of moving and packing materials.
Guiding your customers through the rental process and agreements in a Covid safe manner.
Keeping the property well maintained within the guidelines of the company.
Travel may be required to local retail locations and to perform site related errands.
Community involvement and fun events, including organizing an annual classic car show.
Drive company van to do local pick-ups.
Weekly reporting to management and home office.
Rent Space, Collect rents. Make daily deposits.
Cheerful telephone answering techniques, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor your team members in a professional manner.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience(i.e. retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, front desk, site management and or customer - centered sales roles)
Knowledgeable computer skills
Clear and valid Driver's License with access to reliable transpiration.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ideal for retired Military, Police or Fire.
Familiar with social media marketing.
