We're looking for a Resident Manager. We have a pet friendly, non-smoking, adults-oriented apartment building (20 suites), in central Edmonton, west of downtown.


This is a part-time job. It is compatible with jobs that have irregular hours (not 9-5 weekdays), or for people in post-secondary studies. It's good for couples and anyone seeking part time work. The job: being responsible for looking after the building. This role includes cleaning common areas, all aspects of working with building tenants and arranging for / letting in repair and maintenance contractors (we can provide a detailed job description on request). We also offer extra work beyond the base salary and responsibilities: We pay $20-$25/hour for handyman work, like painting, and minor repairs, when necessary, and seasonal snow clearing and lawn work (if you're not interested, we can hire it out). Applicants would also preferably own or have access to a truck, but it's not necessary.


In exchange, we offer a renovated (2021) two bedroom apartment , approximately 800 square feet in size, plus basic income tax remittances on the apartment. Total value= $1050/month. The suite comes with one parking stall. Heat, water and telephone are included. In the building, we have laundry facilities and a security camera system.


Experience is preferred but not required. If you haven't done building management work before, let us know whatever related experience you may have. The position infrequently requires some lifting, and applicants should be capable of lifting 30 lbs (15 kg).


We are looking for the successful candidate(s) to start no later than August 1, 2021, so we want to find a candidate before the end of June 2021.

Innkeeper Couple - North Conway, NH

Starlight Lodge hotels immediately seeking enthusiastic and energetic AT LARGE/Floater Full fledged or Apprentice Innkeeper couple covering 3 properties in New England. Full or Part Time.

All hotels have permanent Innkeepers on site and are small boutiques (15, 17 and 26 rooms with rooms and RV pads, also 3 sites in Acadia/Bar Harbor region, Maine) in established/ up and coming resort destination markets (Cape Cod, North Conway, NH-White Mountains, and Mid-Coast Maine Rockport). Floater couple will be housed at one hotel location (TBD) in small studio quarters but will travel among the 3 hotels backing up existing Innkeepers for vacations, illness, breaks, etc. and/or working on special projects and/or helping out with regular hotel management and weekly assignments. You: references required, background check, experience preferred--dedication to hospitality industry necessary, appropriate transferrable skills & work history--hotels and cleaning a plus, computer literate, handyman/woman skill set. We are seeking an individual or couple for a 9 room Motel on the ocean in Pompano Beach, FL.  The property was renovated a few years ago and has become a popular vacation destination.

The Motel is well maintained,   We have good reviews online because of our friendly service, clean rooms and great hospitality.

 We are looking for a  dependable, energetic, hardworking,  honest, intelligent and friendly Innkeeper with excellent customer relations skills.  .The Innkeeper(s) would be responsible for all day to day operations of the business including:

● Managing reservations and responding to inquiries via online platform, telephone and email.  Setting the Motel’s rates, coordinating online marketing and 3^rd party reservation sharing.

● Greeting guests and assisting them to their room. Providing local recommendations and direction

● Responding to all guest requests

● Make-up and turnover of guest rooms, laundry, folding, organizing linens

● Assisting with swimming pool care

This is a 7 day a week job.  It does not require all of your attention , but you must pay attention to details all of the time and be available to the guests.  There is no other staff to assist with Motel responsibilities.

Facility Manager/Maintenance Manager Team -Various States Open

This is a 2 person position/ team position

Position Purpose:

We are looking for TWO (2) individuals (TEAM) to be a Property Manager and Maintenance Manager (couples, team or other) who would be responsible for overseeing the entire MHC including maintenance efforts. Duties and responsibilities include handle tenant relations and managing all installation, repair and upkeep of the community and new homes as needed.

General responsibilities include:

Office Manager:

• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints.
• Receive payments from residents.
• Become familiar with property management software.
• Prepare or renew the leases for residential lots.
• Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process.
• Patrol communities regularly and maintain relationships with residents.
• Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors.
• Handle general office duties and maintain files.
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations.

Maintenance Manager:

• Painting and repairing exterior of park-owned building.
• Mowing/trimming/edging/landscaping.
• Rehabbing used homes and preparing them to be marketed.
• Blocking, leveling, setting and connecting utilities (excluding any electrical live wires that are required to be completed by licensed professional) on homes entering the community (materials and training will be provided by management).
• Tearing down and disposing of homes.
• Rodding sewers.
• Repairing water main lines.
• Replacing water heaters, furnaces, etc. in rental homes.
• Minor roofing repairs.
• Ability to work outside for most of the day and juggle multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
