Crystal Mountain Hotels has opening for a couple(s) for our Hotel & Food/Beverage Staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant Kitchen). We own/operate 3 Slopeside Hotels, Restaurant Bar and Deli. All facilities are within 5 minutes walk to Crystal Mountain Chairlifts and Gondola. We are 6 miles from Mt. Rainier National Park. 2 Hours from Seattle and 1.5 hours from Tacoma.
Our 3 slopeside hotels offer comfortable and convenient lodging within walking distance to the chairlifts. We have 70 rooms with variety of accomodations for singles, couples and families.
Onsite staff housing is very limited but we have some slots available for couples in these important jobs. Room and Board is $800 per month per couple which include all meals. We have private room with TV, Internet and wifi and private bath.

We are seeking an energetic and hospitality minded housekeeping couple for this season. The hotel is nestled at the base of the Eastern Sierra Nevada in California - the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. Our hotel is undergoing renovation/restoration this season and this is a great opportunity to be a part of the process.
Our Historic Hotel is seeking an energetic and hospitality minded housekeeper or housekeeping couple for this season. The hotel is nestled at the base of the Eastern Sierra Nevada in California - the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. The Hotel is undergoing a repositioning/restoration this season and this is a great opportunity to be a part of the process.
Duties will include housekeeping within guest rooms including rotated deep cleaning, common and public areas, laundry, outside cleaning (minimal), and as we move into repositioning the hotel, cleanup of areas that may undergo renovation. Due to the nature of the role, the person(s) must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, stoop, walk up and down stairs easily and have strong manual dexterity.
Pay is hourly, plus a hotel room with bath, within the hotel, a shared kitchenette (no open flame cooking in the kitchenette), free laundry, free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast on days assigned to work. Work is typically assigned for 6 days a week with 1 to 2 days off in a 7-day period but this is variable. Days off may not necessarily be back-to-back. If a couple, they will not have the same days off. We do not guarantee a minimum number of hours as it is dependent on our guest load. The work is generally, but not always, in the morning hours giving most afternoons off to explore the area. There may be an opportunity to earn additional income after unpaid training in areas such as Front of House and Front Desk activities and assisting with the hotel’s special projects.
We are within easy driving to Death Valley, Mt. Whitney, Mammoth Lakes, Mono Lake, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas and so much more. Whether you love to hike, camp, fish, stargaze, or just spend time in the great outdoors, we are the perfect location to do all these activities and more.
We are a completely smoke free property and unfortunately children and pets cannot be accommodated. If you are a camper van or RV individual or couple, we can provide a “dry” space and reimburse for dumping fees. A reliable car is a must as we are a rural community.
We encourage folks of all ages to apply including semi-retired or retired people. If applying as a couple it can be any two people such as friends, but please note the room provided is a queen bedroom with only one bed in it.
There may be an opportunity for the role to change into a permanent role with different terms which can be discussed after the season.

Domestic Couple - Bridgehampton, NY

A top domestic livein couple is needed to manage a Hamptons's home for a family of 4. The couple will be mostly based in the Hamptons year-round and will be responsible for managing properties located in the Hamptons and New York City, Tuesday/Wednesday days off but flexible during the year Start date is flexible
House Manager duties:
Day to day running of residences to maintain standards and efficiency.
Provide high quality guest services in a professional, courteous and accommodating manner.
Maintenance and repair projects of the properties.
General handyman services include carpentry skills, pool maintenance, tennis court maintenance, experience and knowledge of heating, plumbing, irrigation and electric systems as well as audio visual systems.
Miscellaneous house tasks such as moving furniture, outdoor furniture, handling deliveries, hanging art & snow removal.
Scheduling and supervision of household installations, trades and vendors for interior & exterior and seasonal projects.
Overall management of vehicles and driving especially for children at night
Assist with security responsibilities of the residence, including monitoring of electronic security systems.

Driving between NYC and The Hamptons. Must have a valid license and a good driving record.
Housekeeper Duties:
Excellent cooking skills are necessary. Creating fresh and healthy seasonal meals.
Organizing and managing kitchen inventories.
Must have good laundry skills and be able to perform full housekeeping on properties.
Responsible for home organization.
Coordinate and assist with event planning.
Personal assistant duties including shopping and errands
Table and drink service, both formal and informal.
Management of décor and floral arrangements.
Packing, unpacking and transport of suitcases.
Answering the doorbell, greeting of guests and visitors as well as answering the phone.
Assistance in the organization and service during private and social events.
Must have a valid license and a good driving record.
Job Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years similar work experience in a private household (or relevant experience).
Excellent English communication skills is a must. (verbal and written).
Experience in hands-on household work and knowledge of all areas of large private residences (Fine Antique, Crystal and China / Silver Care)
Must be tech savvy (familiar with the use of smartphones, smarthome systems, etc…).

Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor/Housekeeping/Grounds/Maintenance/Front Desk - Loon Lake, WA

Historic Granite Point Resort is a family-owned business set on beautiful Loon Lake, WA that has served vacationers in the Pacific Northwest for 100 years. We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual who loves to work outdoors to oversee and direct all aspects of maintenance and facility management (including private utilities) for the roughly 20-acre waterfront Resort and/or an individual who could supervise our housekeeping staff, assist with housekeeping and/or assist with front desk, cooking, or assistant management of the Resort.
The jobs can be tailored for the right individuals, with possible on-site housing provided, as well as possible job opportunities for a spouse (management, cashier, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, etc.), The job requires full-time hours between March-October, with the option for vacation or reduced hours during November, December, January, and February. The Director of Facilities and Maintenance position would be salaried, with pay commensurate with qualifications, agreed-upon responsibilities, and schedule. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter, and able to take ownership and assemble and manage a team, as well as work side-by-side and lead the team.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Building and managing a successful team.
- Assemble, train, manage and lead a team to maintain the resort’s grounds, infrastructure, equipment, and “back-of-the-house” operations (garbage, recycling, and utility system management).
- Perform carpentry (build decks, repair fences or stairs, fix broken doors or cabinets), repair and maintain engines and equipment, unclog pipes, toilets, fix leaky faucets, rake, mow, landscape, and keep an organized, and well-run shop, among a myriad of other things.
- Provide strong leadership, training, and disciplining for employees within the department.
- Efficiently manage the team’s schedule to meet day to day operations and completion of projects within budget.
Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance.
- Conduct walk-throughs to visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of all buildings, facilities, equipment, private water and sewer systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accurate up-to-date records of scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Assure that projects are appropriately prioritized and safe methods are followed in the daily operation of maintenance, repair and renovation needs of all areas of the resort.
- Turn off /winterize utility systems and buildings in winter, maintain all mechanical systems, and turn on utility systems in spring.
- Managing expenses within approved budget guidelines
Maintaining and Beautifying the Grounds.
- Oversee and assist with groundskeeping of an approximately 20 acre-resort with approximately one mile of sandy beach frontage.
This includes raking, mowing, irrigation, weed and pest control, trash collection, dust control, road/pathway upkeep, monitoring the health of the trees and general beautification and maintenance on a routine basis.
Special Projects and Service Requests.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner to help meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a safe and working environment throughout the resort for all guests and associates, enforcing safety guidelines.
- Assist the resort manager in achieving and promoting the company’s vision.
- Perform special pre-season and end-of-year projects, from rebuilding docks to re-roofing cottages, rebuilding a deck, remodeling, reorganizing the shop, or doing a landscape renovation.

We are looking for someone who not just has a strong work ethic and the ability to execute, but also someone with leadership, problem-solving skills, experience, and vision. If there is a more efficient way to handle routine trash pick-up, better choices for plants and landscaping, or more efficient ways to maintain or manage our infrastructure or buildings, we want you to find them.
Preferred Experience
- College, trade school and/or military training or industry designation.
- 5+ years of hands-on general maintenance, landscaping, construction/contracting, engineering, or in a trade.
- Supervisory experience, particularly in facilities, physical plant, municipal work, or maintenance/construction environment, or groundskeeping-landscaping.
- Supervisory experience in resort, hotel, or park maintenance/groundskeeping-landscaping.
- General knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical (although licensed professionals will be contracted where appropriate), as well as landscaping.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- This position requires effective communication skills, the ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
