Domestic Couple - Blowing Rock, NC

We are searching for a Seasonal or Full Time Couple to manage the cleaning, maintenance, day to day tasks and vendors for an 11,000 sq ft luxury home located in the scenic Blowing Rock Town in North Carolina during the months of April through November. A separate Residence on the property will be provided.  Full Time Option of splitting Seasons between North Carolina and South Florida.  ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID

Be part of a joyful destination. Famous Pie shop, cafe, general store, and our other retail experiences! We are located  in a charming riverside village on the shores of the Great River Road on Lake Pepin/Mississippi River in Stockholm, WI. Remarkably busy, well-known destination. Positions would include service at the counters, help in keeping the old building running, kitchen service, and helping to make our famous pie.

Full-time positions with base plus tips with a guarantee of $11.50/hour for all hours worked. Average with tips is over $14 per hour.  Full site paid. Must be available thru the end of October 2022. Seeking multiple couples for April thru October. Bonus of $500 per couple at end of October for full season commitment. Also open to one additional couple from mid-August thru end of October with a $250 end of October bonus per couple.

Care for all aspects of 1300+ ac high country southern Utah ranch. Honest, hard-working, responsible, organized, married couple (active retired a plus) who will respect property and equipment. Must live on site.

Small salary plus perfect 2-bedroom 2nd story apt. incl all utilities.

Must have mechanical ability and knowledge of operating ranch equipment. Lease cattle on property during summer months. Must be willing to clean all living spaces, maintain grounds (incl landscaping/lawns), keep up fences, make repairs to buildings as necessary, care for horses, dogs, chickens, etc. Ranch experience required. Valid D/L with good driving record. Will do background check. Smoking, drinking and drugs are prohibited.
