Project Help Mom - Senior Property Caregiver - Mechanicsville, VA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Would you be a good fit for a Workcamper for senior care arrangement in the suburbs near Richmond, Virginia? The position is available now. My parents were avid RVers for years and have a paved spot in the yard for an RV/TT/Van. My mother, a retired librarian, is in need of light home/yard upkeep, some meal preparation, help going to doctors appointments, laundry and simple housekeeping for 15-20 hrs a week in exchange for a RV/TT/Van site with 30 amp electric service, well water, laundry, WiFi included (booster needed) and all the porch sitting you want :)
Enjoy the space of a private property without other RV's right out your door. It is 3/4 of an acre with beautiful trees in a subdivision at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. The site is slightly sloped, but they have always been able to level their RVs. Sewer black water is off site however. The RV/TT/Van would need to be moved every 30 days due to local regulations, but you are welcomed back if both parties want to continue. This property is located near major shopping, grocery, services plus historic sites and 89 miles from Washington, DC.
We would like for you to be Covid safe, vaccinated and boosted. References and background checks required.
