We are seeking an experienced management couple for our Mobile Home Park, Mullen Hill Terrace, in Spokane, Washington. Beatiful park located on the Eastern side of the state.  $65,000. 

Office Responsibilities

Collection/Deposit of rent payments.

• Screen and process rental applications, verify references and perform background checks.\
• Prepare and execute lease agreements.
• Effectively collect rent and manage eviction process as necessary.
• Assist with Monthly water testing requirements.
• Enforce park rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and addressing any violations

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of common areas and infrastructure of the park. 
• Maintenance of the Large Onsite Sewage System (LOSS)
• Routine maintenance and testing of Onsite well
• Snow Plow with park owned equipment

Experience

• Previous experience in property management, preferably in a mobile home park or similar residential community is highly valued. 
• Maintenance knowledge and experience with basic plumbing, electrical and landscaping
• Ability to operate equipment including backhoe and dump trailer
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records and communicating with residents and management

A critical role for each property is the job of Community Manager and Maintenance. We are currently have an opening to for a manager and maintenance team. We are looking for candidates for a Community in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Applicants should be self-motivated, show initiative, reliable, responsible, communicate well and be able to multi-task. Applicants that have experience in property management, maintenance, or mobile home park operations is ideal. Having knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) communicators a plus but not required. The job of a Community Manager is an important one as you are the primary person in charge of resident (customer) accounts and concerns. 

Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to:

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Couple/Single Wilderness Homestead Help - Eagle, AK

Couple or single looking for a remote, wilderness experience and sharing the chores of a homestead with dog kennel along the Yukon River near Eagle, Alaska.  Ideal for a retired couple or someone that can work remote over the internet.  Moose, caribou, wolves, eagles and many other animals and birds live here.  Travel to and from the site by boat, snowmobile or dog team.  Normally responsibilities would be 1 ½ to 3 hours per day… in the dog kennel, helping with wood cutting, splitting, hauling, help with any heavy work and trail work along with other various chores as needed.  Most of the day would be free to do as you wish.  There is future potential for summer income from summer river trips.  Winter offers you learning survival skills, running a dog team and potential income from helping with dog sled tours.

No experience is needed as we would teach you everything you need to know but you need to be physically fit and like lots of solitude as the wilderness abounds with it.

This is a year round position but can be shorter.  The hope is for a long term commitment but a shorter one is fine as long as it is decided well in advance.  Start timing can be as early as mid-June to August.

Along with the potential for income through tours there would be a weekly stipend for food and supplies.  Room and board in a private cabin.  Some food and supplies provided.  Limited Wifi access if needed.

Private housing will be a short distance from the main cabin and dog yard.  The cabin has a wood stove for heat, small kitchen area with sink and propane stove.  These are dry cabins, as is usual in the wilderness and many areas of Alaska.  Our creek water is fresh and wonderful but a filter system is available if wanted.  Meals can often be shared but your cabin will be set up for cooking.  The cabin has its own outhouse.  There is a sauna on the property and laundry can be done in Eagle when trips are made there for supplies and/or mail.

We are a motel at Bennett Spring outside of Lebanon, MO. We are seeking a couple to successfully perform the functions as follows:  1.  Front Office Manager, responsible for the success of the front desk, for ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, and for managing all areas of the motel according to standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service.  2.  General Maintenance for upkeep on rooms and the property.  Preferably a "Jack of all trades" that can fix minor plumbing or electrical issues, etc.
