Assists Manager in servicing and maintaining equipment such as mowers and weed whackers.

RV Park Office and Maintenance Managers - West Richland, WA

We are seeking a couple to manage a 100 space RV Park. One individual will be in the office doing all aspects of office work, while the other will be outside doing all aspects of property maintenance. The positions are salaried and include a newly remodeled double wide on site.
Office Position: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced RV Park office manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV Park in West Richland, WA. This property is undergoing modernization of systems and processes and the successful candidate will be especially skilled at change management for the staff and guests. This full time role is responsible for overall guest satisfaction and park profitability by managing guest services, coordinating with the maintenance team, and executing the overall strategy of the park.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily park operations
Ensure that the Park provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience
Manage park operating budget and expenses
Manage the parks reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.
Outside Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Park Maintenance manager to oversee the grounds at our RV Park. The maintenance manager’s role is to ensure our park is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests. This full time role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including, plumping, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance repair
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Complete daily pool chemical checks, and maintenance
Read propane and electrical meters monthly and provide to office worker to bill guests accordingly.
Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Ensure park facilities are kept in clean and usable state at all times (facilities include: 8 showers, 10 toilets, small laundry room, pool/hot tub, fitness room)
Food Services, Direct Children's/Youth Ministry - Berrien Center, MI

Lead Housekeeping (needed immediately) - Lowell, ID

Our Resort is located in beautiful Lowell, Idaho. We are extremely remote and have 15 cabins, an 8 unit motel, campground, store, bar and grill. We are seeking a lead housekeeping couple (or individual) for the upcoming season start Aug 1 or sooner (ASAP) Through November 20.
Main duties include daily cleaning of individual units, bath and shower house, store, campground and general grounds. Must have excellent customer service as some minimal customer interaction is required. Spring and fall we (when we are less busy) includes deep cleaning. Must be self motivated, hard working, have attention to detail, and leadership qualities. Will also include weekly inventory of cleaning supplies and order submission. We are looking for self starters who can help organize, be our eyes and ears, and help us better the resort on a daily basis. We take pride in our resort and cleanliness and candiates must have that same desire.
Couple will work 4-5 days on, 2-3 days off per week. More work/days are available if desired and can be discussed. Usual hours are 8:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. on average (with some longer days extending till 4 p.m. on full turnover days). Hourly pay @ $15/hr per person plus full hook up site (water, sewer and power) available at no cost. Must committ for the full season & completion bonus available and possible extension for spring, fall end summer of 2023. We are located in a very remote location at the confluence of 3 rivers. Must be highly energetic, motivated, detail oriented, customer service focused, comfortable with comped point of sake and reservation system (willing and able to learn), & willing to do a little bit of everything (whatever is needed) on a daily basis. Days are long in summer (through Labor Day weekend) and much shorter and less busy days in fall. Our peak season is May through early Sept with Fall and Spring much quieter.
We are a rustic lodge with 15 cabins, 8 motel units, RV sites, seasonal pool and hot tubs, convenience store, bar and grill. On-site Management runs the office/store daily, oversees housekeeping and all employees- helping when needed, cares for pool and hot tubs, mange's inventory and stock, and literally must be able to do a little bit of everything as needs arise.
Monthly salary plus living accommodation included.
