Mobile Home Park Management Couple - Spokane, Washington

We are seeking an experienced management couple for our Mobile Home Park, Mullen Hill Terrace, in Spokane, Washington. Beatiful park located on the Eastern side of the state.  $65,000. 

Office Responsibilities

Collection/Deposit of rent payments.

• Screen and process rental applications, verify references and perform background checks.\
• Prepare and execute lease agreements.
• Effectively collect rent and manage eviction process as necessary.
• Assist with Monthly water testing requirements.
• Enforce park rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and addressing any violations

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of common areas and infrastructure of the park. 
• Maintenance of the Large Onsite Sewage System (LOSS)
• Routine maintenance and testing of Onsite well
• Snow Plow with park owned equipment

Experience

• Previous experience in property management, preferably in a mobile home park or similar residential community is highly valued. 
• Maintenance knowledge and experience with basic plumbing, electrical and landscaping
• Ability to operate equipment including backhoe and dump trailer
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records and communicating with residents and management
