Daily Work Requirements:
As a Houseman you job requires to work with housekeeping department and also
do some Maintenance on a daily Basis. There will be Daily and weekly work
Requirements. Since your job is unique and it does require some leadership and hard work.
AGENDA: To control back of the house , supplies and Hotel and Rooms.
Daily Work Requirements:
1. Check with Front desk any Issues with rooms and Guests.
2. Empty Trash cans and provide new trash bags.
3. Clean parking lot for cigarettes and trash especially around the perimeter of
the hotel in and out.
4. Check vacuum cleaners and make sure they are all working
5. Clean pool and trash out the Maintenance room and Guest laundry/Excerise Room.
6. Check with Laundry attendant and see what he needs for the day.
7. Start on Maintenance in the rooms or Help cleaning rooms depends on the day.
3. Periodically stop and check on the Housekeepers especially if you take
cigarette break. Be courteous with HK staff ask them any repairs needed in
the room. Do not spend too much talking about personal or social issues. Its
important to be firm in order to have discipline in back of the house.
9. 1 hour before end of the work day make sure to check side walks for stains
and spot wash it and check trash cans.
10. Report back to the house and log in your daily report and if needed ask front
desk staff to help making your daily report
Weekly Work Requirements:
1. Start of the week check all perimeters of the Buildings for leaks or
Damages including the chase way in the laundry building #2
2. Wash side walk Monday/Wednesday& Fridays after 1pm if needed
power wash.
3. Empty all washer and dryers -
Stock supplies Monday and Friday.
Inventory supplies every Monday and Turn in the report to the
Manager.
6. Check door locks and boilers.
7. Assist in Maintaining landscape work as necessary.

This position is responsible for the management and operations of Black Rabbit RV Park & Storage in Hamilton, MT.
Daily Duties
Clean office, restrooms, laundry room.
Check on grounds and coordinate with maintenance, as well as driving through the park to ensure everything is tidy and neat.
Mail collect / issue packages in office only
Collect money and watch over dump and water station.
Handle all resident issues, address problems for permanent and seasonal residents
Additional Job Duties
Collect and reconcile all collected money for each day.
Answer phones/ emails
Check-in and out prospective residents.
Watch over park to ensure all rules and regs are being followed.
Create reservations.
Read monthly electric meters.
Rent, collect, and return deposits for storage units and commercial businesses.
Order parts and help out with maintenance when needed.
Computer skills
Must be people friendly
Data entry.
Additional Information
Experience with Resnuxes software is a plus, but will train
Summer season will require 8-10 hour work days, winter season will be 5-6 hours per day. This is a salaried position in order to provide steady income regardless of the season.
Position includes an RV spot in the park, as a resident manager is highly preferable. Includes free rent, electric, and propane.

Physical Characteristics: The position requires the following:
50% office work (phone, computer, etc.), 50% out on the park

Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, approximately 3 times per week.
