Qualifications:
2+ years' campground and or resort management experience, strong customer service experience, mechanically inclined/handyman skills and extensive knowledge and ability to use a computer and software applications required and must be able to live onsite year around.

Cottage Parents - Florida

While living on campus and under the supervision of an assigned Unit Director, the Cottage Parent provides youth with a strong parental role model while implementing a professional family-style program that emphasizes skill acquisition, personal development, and a safe and secure environment in which to grow and learn.The Cottage Parent teaches and develops social skills, self-help skills, academic skills, and independent living skills; and fosters moral and spiritual development through a broad array of activities to youth in residence.

The Cottage Parent administers the day-to-day operations of a large family residence including various paperwork, domestic responsibilities, and other assigned duties including administrative directives and works closely with other child care professionals as a team in carrying out responsibilities while in the work place.

Some Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Is familiar with the overall and individual functions of each aspect of the Youth Ranches program and cooperates as needed to assist in reaching program goals.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and thriftiness in the wise stewardship of the cottage and programs resources including all equipment, buildings, and vehicles. Ensures cottage, staff housing area if provided and other assets are maintained at Youth Ranches’ standards.
• Manages the fiscal accountability of the cottage, planning ahead and purchasing routine supplies as needed; assures the smooth functioning of the cottage.
• Conducts daily family meetings which include, but not limited to, encouraging and exploring vocational interests and career opportunities and developing youth interest.
• Communicates with team members and youth’s parent(s)/guardian(s) in developing and reinforcing the youth treatment plan.

Requirements

• Must be a married couple
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Florida driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Must have a concern for youth, the ability and desire to work and live with youth, and a strong desire to work in the human services field.

Ranch Manager OR Couple - Texas Hill Country

Domestic Couple Team Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Domestic Couple Team needed to maintain and care for a 7,300sf estate in Rancho Santa Fe. Detailed hands-on cleaning required on a daily basis keeping common areas clean; keep home and family organized while scheduling and keeping family calendar up to date. Wardrobe responsibilities include; laundry and ironing, keep all closets organized, track dry cleaning and help with packing and unpacking. Track inventory and purchases for the home; household and personal shopping with frequent daily errands and driving responsibilities. One person must have above average culinary abilities and be willing to prepare a variety of meals primarily for dinner 3-4 X W for a family of four; hire caterers for larger events but do require staff with hospitality and service experience. The couple must be kid friendly; supervise, drive, and occasional over-nights and infrequent travel with family to assist with two teenage children. Basic handy-man abilities and preventative maintenance practices required to maintain grounds and structures on property. Cottage on property no kitchen facility - or - live-off site. Salary: 85-100K and an excellent benefit package will be provided. 

ON SITE MANAGERS (Work Campers) - Florida

I am looking for a couple that has their own motor home to reside on a RV & Boat storage facility and act as the onsite managers (paid as contract labor).  the job duties include, maintaining the property (mowing and weed eating) as well as running the onsite office, taking phone calls during operating hours, handling marketing to bring in new clients, accepting and posting payments as well as handling deposits.  There is a uhaul dealership that will also be run and you would receive 25% of the percentage I receive.  Further, I have a children’s playset business on site that is required to be maintained as well and you would receive 25% of the percentage I receive as well on all sells made by you.  I have a truck on site and the tools so if you are interested you could handle the installs of the playsets yourself to make some extra money but it is not required.  The amount paid monthly (not counting commissions on uhaul and playsets) is $1,000 per month as a contractor.  I will also pay electricity and water.  I have the sewer and water hook ups with a 40 x 40 slab that is covered for your motor home which is on the back of the property.  There is also one 20x8 storage container on site that you can utilize to store any personal belongings.  If you are interested, please email me your resume and why you think you would be good for the job.

Festival Host/Work Campers - Dixon, Missouri

Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO, Home of the longest running Bluegrass Festival west of ole Miss. We have 300 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and and 7 full hook-ups. The amenities on our 37-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, concerts, RV and Bus Rallies and much much more.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 20-25 hours each per week assisting in the operation of the Resort. Duties include grounds keeping, store operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, checking people in, taking reservations, restaurant staffing to name a few. Must work as a team.
We are looking for the time of May 1st through September 30th and one couple to stay for the winter months. We will provide a full hook up (electric, water and sewer) lot is provided, plus access to all shows and performers. Comp'ed meals when we are cooking for the groups and 1/2 off any other time at the restaurant and snack shack.
