On-Site Storage Facility Manager (Couple) - Texas

Job Position:  On-Site Manager.  Perfect for a couple!

Duties: Manager will have to collect rents, take money to Bank for deposits on an as needed basis, ensure that the property is neat, clean and free of trash, each week manager will call tenants that are 30+ days late, send out auction notices to 90+ days late tenants and help the auctioneer out on auction day.  Must have basic computer skills.  Training will be provided on the computer system and all other aspects of the day to day running of the facility.

Salary:  $7.35 an hour.  Paid twice monthly, one the 1st and 15th of each month.

Office Hours: 5 day work week Tues-Sat 9am-6pm.

After 30 days of employment, living quarters will be provided for the new manager(s) on site.  Water, gas and electricity will be paid for by the company.

Seeking Work Camping Couple for 2012 Season - NE Ohio

Seeking couples to help assist in North East Ohio campground operations for the 2012 camping season.  Campground opens April 27 - October 28.  General maintenance, grounds keeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, office help, answering phones, people skills, computerized reservation, and special event help.  Couple will have full hook up site with wi-fi connnection in exchange for 20 hours of work per week per person.  Bonus at the end of the season.  Disount on propane and free laundry.  We are about 2 miles to US post office, gas station, and within 5 miles to shopping and groceries.  We are a small park with about 100 sites total, family owned and operated.

We  are taking applications for Mobile home park management teams for parks in western Washington. The parks are 55 plus parks and and we are looking for Managers who can take care of the paper work side, collecting rents, late notices etc. Some maintance tasks would include mowing, common space care and day to day operations.

Live-in Couple - Pacific Northwest

Couple (Pacific Northwest)- In a perfect scenario we would like to find a couple who currently resides in Los Angeles because the client has a home in Los Angeles and lives there December – March. During their Los Angeles stay the couple would live-out. On occasion one might be asked to go up North to supervise a project. While up in their second residence there is a separate large guest house for the couple. Elderly couple needs: assisting with all of the driving, cooking, shopping, personal assistant related work, proficiency on computers, bill paying, overseeing projects, assistance with all upkeep of large property (maintenance, repairs, etc.). Mr. will need a caregiver type of individual to assist in reading, managing medication, assistance in bathroom for showers for dressing (he is visually impaired). Generally this will be a Monday – Friday position, but flexibility is required. Must pass full background check and have good driving record. Salary is DOE and competitive, health insurance provided. Couple (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) – Busy professional businessman needs couple to assist in every day running of 8k home on 2 acres. The couple will oversee all areas of cleaning, cooking, serving, driving, scheduling of vendors, maintaining automobiles; oversee grounds (koi ponds, pool, tennis, volleyball courts, guest house, etc.) Must be willing to prepare, cook and serve dinner meal and occasionally prepare dinner for guests and/or party/event. Greeting guests and attending to their needs. Two dogs. Salary 80K plus one bedroom guest house with bath, living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. M-F 8am to 7pm (after dinner clean-up) with a break in the middle of the day.

Work Camper Positions at Alto Hombre Gordito Hideout in Ruidoso, New Mexico

Alto Hombre Gordito Hideout is looking for energetic, young-at-heart couple or singles for Work Camper positions. Year round or seasonal, minimum stay 6 months, starting anytime.

We are a secluded park located in the Sacramento Mountains of South East New Mexico, adjoining the Lincoln National Forest and White Mountain Wilderness. We have 21 RV sites, several tent sites and 20 full service cabins.

We offer a hookup site with electricity, water, sewer, tv and wifi + $750/month in exchange for duties of 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Work Camper positions available:

Maintenance

 Duties include: Property maintenance, repairs, mowing, snow removal, trash control

Cleaning

Duties include: cleaning cabins, restrooms, showers, pool area, game room

Counter Clerk

Duties include: greeting and registering guests, check-in and out, taking reservations, settling bills, taking telephone calls.
