The team must include two people who are both available during business hours. Duties include cleaning of common areas, light maintenance, and limited management responsibilities. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units. Wonderful opportunity for retired or semi-retired couple seeking a permanent position in a pleasant atmosphere.
