We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Team for our small, 55+ Mobile Home Community in Canby, OR. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS (must apply as a ‘team’ to be considered for the position):

Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.

Couples needed - South Texas - Gas and Oil Industry

Seeking couples/team with their own RV to work security assignments in South Texas. 

Couples would work independently 12 hours a day 3.5 days a week. Must be available to work any shift, and any days of the week.  Work schedules and days off would be the the same.  This would allow you and your partner 3.5 days off a week to do as you please.  You would reside in a local RV park (there are several to chose from) and we would reimburse you for the for your space rent. In most cases, your assigned work locations would be in close proximity to one another so that you would be able to ride together.

Security Experience is not necessary however the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record, is a necessary.  Excellent Customer Service and People Skills are a MUST !  Positions are temp to hire and persons that exhibit excellent work ethics and reliability will be offered permanent employment. 

Each team member will earn between  $1500.00 and  $1700.00 per month depending on location and shift. We do not currently offer benefits, but  offer 1 week paid vacation after completion of 1 year of employment.
